    MEETING HELD ON MARCH 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM, CATO, TUAO, CAGAYAN.

    Present:

    The Punong Barangay called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM. Opening prayer
    led by Sangguniang Barangay Member Emilia C. Basiuang.
    Presence of Quorum:
    The Barangay Secretary made a roll-call.
    Meeting Proper:
    The Chairman/Punong Barangay presides and announced the agenda of the
    meeting:
    1. To discuss the SGLB Preparation;
    2. To discuss the agenda during the Purok Meeting/Home visitation;
    3. Road Clearing schedule including the cleaning and planting of the communal
    garden;
    4. Other important matters

    The body deliberated on the preparation of the SGLB and all the committee chairs
    in-charge.
    The body deliberated on the different agenda during purok meeting/home
    visitation.
    The body deliberated on the schedule of the road clearing including the cleaning
    and planting of the communal garden.
    The body decided that committee chairs will be in-charge of the reports for the
    SGLB.
    The body decided that the following agenda to be taken up during the purok
    meeting/home visitation will be the following:
    1. Waste Segregation
    2. Household garden
    3. Clean and green
    The meeting ended and adjourned at 3:30 PM.
