    The meeting started with an opening prayer led by Sangguniang Barangay Member
    Jesus D. Blado followed by the checking of attendance. Hon. Elbert O. Baligod, the
    Lupon Chairman presides over the meeting, called the meeting to order at 2:10 PM.
    He reminded everyone regarding the submission of reports which should be done on
    time. He also said that whenever there are cases, it should be done smoothly and records
    should be done and accomplish well. he also said that summons should be given to the
    respondent immediately so as to give time for his/her to act on it, which is, he is given 5
    days to comply or report for settlement.

    He further said that conduct of meeting is done every end of the month in order to
    discuss matters on the monthly accomplishments. The Pangkat Tagapagsundo should also
    report whenever there are cases in the barangay.

    Other matters regarding disputes were taken up.

    The meeting ended and adjourned at 3:00 PM.
