    SUBJECT : CONDUCT OF END-OF-SCHOOL YEAR (EOSY) CLASSES

    DATE : June 16, 2023

    1. Attached is DepEd Order 25, s. 2022, titled Amendment to DepEd Order No. 13, s.
    2018 (Implementing Guidelines on the Conduct of Remedial and Advancement Classes During
    Summer for the K to 12 Basic Education Program), for strict compliance.

    2. The conduct of the End-of-School Year (EOSY) Classes shall start on July 17, 2023
    (Monday), and end on August 26, 2023 (Friday). School heads shall submit a Formal Letter of
    Request to conduct EOSY classes and other required documents (see attached)through the
    Curriculum Implementation Division on July 7, 2023, subject to the approval of the Schools
    Division Superintendent,and in consideration of the guidelines stipulated in DO 25, s.2022, DO
    18, s. 2021 and DO 36, s. 2016.

    3. A virtual orientation will be conducted on June 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. via zoom.(link will
    be sent) through the PSDSs.

    4. Enclosed are the following templates for reference:


    a. Enclosure 1: Application for Permit to Conduct EOSY Classes
    b. Enclosure 2: Learners’ Endorsement for EOSY Classes

    EOSY Classes. The school head shall submit to the School Division Office through the School Governance and
    Operations Division (SGOD)—School Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation (SMM&E) Section a report on the
    conduct of classes, a transmittal report of recomputed final grades, School Form 5 (SF5), and School Form 10 (SF10),
    not later than ten (10) days from the last day of EOSY Classes.
