Ponticelli UK (PBS) is looking for Maintenance Coordinator, the position is responsible for the coordination of the
maintenance activities at site in the 2-week window. This position will also be the Focal Point for the onshore
Preparation Team for preparation of long-term scopes, they shall drive, challenge and support site execution of
all maintenance 2-weeks activities. Where issues arise, they shall with the GMOC Site Representative to resolve
the issue safely and effectively at site.
Details/duties:
• Providing safety leadership across all contract activities and act as the role model for preferred safety
behaviours
• Supporting GMOC HSE initiatives and the site SHE Plan
• Driving and leading initiatives in continuously improving the culture towards Safety, Health, and
Environmental issues
• Safe resolution of all issues relating to the safe execution of activities at site.
• Continuous review of inhouse procedures at site, updating and adapting, where required, to ensure
successful delivery, whilst eliminating inefficiency and waste.
• Regularly review the administrative burden on site personnel in the 2-weeks’ window with a clear drive
to reduction and elimination where possible.
• The safe, successful, and effective delivery of maintenance activities in the 2-weeks’ window.
• Chairing Weekly Planning meeting (PRR Offshore)/In conjunction review weekly plan progress with client
within the 2-weeks’ window.
• Monitoring SECE compliance highlight Scopes to be deferred (Offshore scopes)
• Reviewing SECE Backlog Schedule all non-constraint SECE issues
• Reviewing deferrals register and schedule any scopes that become unconstraint
• Reviewing un-resourced defect work orders and highlight priority scopes to be
progressed/resourced
• Reviewing new Notifications daily, prioritize any urgent SECE or production
critical scopes (review system ensuring no duplicate prior to approval)
• Reviewing Backlog & Highlight constraints with priority scopes in
conjunction with onshore support
• Supporting asset with DMCR for PM Changes
• Reporting / Communication

Qualifications/Experience required:
• Proven oil & gas industry experience in a similar position
• Trade Apprenticeship and relevant Offshore Maintenance experience
• Current and relevant Offshore certification required
• Oil & Gas Maintenance activities (Mechanical, E&I and AIC) experience
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance, associated technical standards, processes and relevant legislation
• Skills in management of teams in offshore environment
• Decision and autonomous capacities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Team working, building, and maintaining effective relationships
• HSE & Quality awareness
