Circulate the Minutes of Meeting, for review and approval within 48 hours from the meeting date.
Once comments are implemented and agreed by all, circulate the Minutes of Meeting to all attendees in order to
approve and sign. Please attach the attendance sheet.
Distribute the approved Minutes of Meeting to all attendees and apologies.
