• Collected the Time Series monthly data of Consumer Price Index of USA and Examined the Trend of the variable
• Examined the Stationarity of data using Graph, Correlogram,Dickey-Fuller Test, Phillips Perron Test at 95% Confidence
• Used ARIMA model as their first differences is stationary and got two possible models are ARIMA (1,1,1) and ARIMA (2,1,1)
• Estimated both models and finalised the Model B as it satisfies the Null: Residuals to be white noise by portmanteau Test
