As my proposal to the company President is to plan the effective strategies which ensure
recruiting the right and qualified candidates who will fit well within the company as follows
the requirement of job functions. External recruitments refer to a company that seeks to fill
an open position by using external sources to find available candidates. In the past, the local
newspapers’ recruitment was one of the strategies to hire new employees and conduct
walk-in-interview physically. In the current modern world today, humans have emphasized
handling technologies such as mobiles, computers gadgets and the internet in daily life.
The four types of external recruitments that I will suggest as below :
1) Company Websites
Apart from other information on the company website, the other way to add on the
career sections and available sections which gives an opportunity to job seekers
more specifically related to the industry.
3) Social Media
Social media networks such as Linked, Facebook, Instagram, telegram and etc are
convenient platforms for users and job seekers to apply for jobs.
