Dear Adam: Greetings from AFCOE Africa! The next iSHARE Training program is scheduled to begin on 17 September, and will finish 3 December. We are pleased to inform you, that you have been accepted as a student! Please verify that you are able to attend. We look forward to personally welcoming you to one of the most exciting evangelistic training experiences of your life! In making preparation for the program, kindly review the following:
1) Fee Payment – The fee covers the training, lunch meals on Sundays, course syllabi and handouts. The total fee is 350,000 UGX. Payment must be made no later than Sunday morning by 9:00AM, 17th September, before being allowed to enter classes.
2) Endorsement Letter – Also, as per request from the Uganda Union, we will need an endorsement from your local church board in order to be trained by AFCOE Africa (see attached sample). This we have been asked to require from all participants. Send us a copy as soon as you have it from your church board.
3) Registration – Kindly plan to arrive at Kampala Central SDA Church on 17
September, no later than 8:00AM. Registration is between 7:30 - 9:00AM for your ID (which is your meal ticket) and books.
4) Policies – Kindly read through the attached iSHARE Policy Manual, and bring a signed copy of the Commitment Form (last page) with you when you come for registration on the 17th. This Policy Manual is similar to what is contained in the application form, with some additional details. If you have any questions or need clarification, kindly contact our registrar.
5) Classroom materials – Kindly plan to bring two good pens and a notepad for taking notes. You may also wish to bring a clipboard since tables and desks are not available.
