     Telephone / Internet / Media / TV Cable layout plans

    Plumbing Drawings Include :

     Plumbing Points
     Water supply and sewerage points
     Rainwater Sewerage
     Plumbing Route

    2.7. Periodic site visits during construction – 15 visits in total)

    (Time:12-15 Months)
    Overall Scope of Services of the consultant:

     To study the project, inspect the site, attend necessary conference, and prepare
    plans.
     Preparation of design proposal.
     Preparation of detailed layouts required for the purpose of execution
     Preparation of working drawings.

    Note:
    The project and site visits are time bound to 12 months from the time of construction. 15
    site visits are a part of the contract, extra site visits will be charged @Rs.3000/visit .
    Area exceeded above 3900 Sq.ft will be charged @75rs / Sq.ft

    The consultant will get the submission drawings prepared and approved from the
    concerned authority, Approval charges will be extra @ 25,000/-.

    All drawings and details will be to upto mark according to the design and if required, as
    per site changes will be made during construction phase.
