THE HACKATHON

The Canadian International School of


Bangalore is organizing an enthralling
hackathon for the students of grades 6th -
12th, split into junior school 6th - 8th and
senior school 9th-12th. This hackathon
provides a learning space of collaboration
and innovation. The hackathon will give
participants the first-hand experience of
creating a computer science project.

THE HACKATHON

Participants will be required to create an algorithm, a project, or a working


prototype on the given theme. They shall work on their projects for the
entire duration of the hackathon and submit it on the to a google form
before tentative date. On tentative date they pitch their idea to a panel of
judges. They are free to use any programming language or software for
creating their prototype. Participants can use any existing API or open-
source database to create their project as long as due credit is given. The
winning team’s house will recieve house points.
