    INTRODUCTION
    This Personal Missional Development Paper directs this very journey seeks to inspire,
    inform, and guide the reader through self-discovery and purpose. It underscores the
    importance of self-reflection, planned goal-setting, and a solid commitment to growth. The
    paper's structure aligns with this, firstly this paper highlights the biography of writer,
    secondly, faith journey regarding missions and how developed the understanding of mission.
    thirdly, deals with the understanding god’s mission and the lessons learned from serving
    others on missions’ transformative aspects of my spiritual journey. fourthly brings out the
    significant to Christians and the local church. finally ends with conclusion.

    5. BIOGRAPHY

    I am Rojar Paul, from Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. I come from an’ Assemblies of God
    denomination background. Currently, I am pursuing my M.Th (Mission) studies, a journey
    that has further exploded my favour for serving a higher purpose. Born into a family deeply
    rooted in faith, I find myself blessed to be the child of a dedicated servant of God. My father
    leads a congregation of 180 faithful members, and together, we share a collective vision of
    our church's identity: church planting and nurturing effective disciples of Jesus Christ.

    6. MY FAITH JOURNEY REGARDING MISSIONS AND HOW I DEVELOPED


    THE UNDERSTANDING OF MISSION.
    It is my privilege to be mission minded person, because When I dedicated myself to the
    service of Jesus Christ, missions and church activities combined into the fabric of my life.
    Wherever my path led and, in every conversation. I engaged in, my thoughts were
    consistently drawn towards finding connections to mission and church involvement. Even
    during moments of playing sports or participating in social activities, my mind thinks about
    on how these could connect with the greater mission of Jesus Christ. However, this
    passionate led me down a path that it proved to be less fruitful.

    Upon Missiological journey, I underwent a transformative realization regarding the true


    essence of mission. It became evident that my previous approach, though mission mind,
    lacked the necessary focus and depth required for meaningful impact, which the church's
    mission primarily centred around nurturing the spiritual growth of believers.

    7. UNDERSTANDING GOD’S MISSION AND THE LESSONS LEARNED


    FROM SERVING OTHERS ON MISSIONS
    7.1. Transformative Aspects of My Spiritual Journey.

    As I dedicated myself to the service of Jesus Christ, the concept of God’s mission took on
    deep significance. It became clear that God’s mission involves not only the spiritual nurturing
    of believers but also extends to actively engaging with the world around us. This
    understanding enriched my perspective, revealing the holistic nature of mission work and
    emphasizing the interconnectedness of nurturing faith and impacting communities.

    My experiences in serving others on missions have been instrumental in shaping this


    realization. Through varied encounters and interactions, I've witnessed the profound impact
    that genuine compassion and selfless service can have on individuals and communities. These
    experiences have illuminated the transformative power of embodying Christ's love in tangible
    ways, encouragement connections that rise above cultural, social, and religious boundaries.

    8. SIGNIFICANT TO CHRISTIANS AND THE LOCAL CHURCH.


    In essence, the growth in my understanding of God's mission has been cultivated through a
    journey of experiences, reflections, and interactions with diverse individuals. Each mission
    has unfolded new layers of insight, demonstrating that while faith is at the core, its expression
    takes shape through tangible acts of kindness, service, and engagement. This dynamic
    understanding has not only enriched my spiritual walk but also fuelled my commitment to
    continually seek meaningful ways to contribute to God’s mission in this world.

    CONCLUSION
    Ultimately, this growth in understanding holds significance not only for me but also for
    Christians and the local church. It underscores the symbiotic relationship between faith and
    action, between spiritual growth and community impact. My journey, marked by insights
    gained through experiences, reflections, and encounters with diverse individuals, has repeated
    the dynamic nature of faith and the broad implications of a life dedicated to God's mission.

    In embracing this holistic understanding, I am fortified with a renewed commitment to


    continuously seek meaningful ways to contribute to God's mission in this world. As I look
    ahead, I am driven by the knowledge that my journey, while personal, is also part of a
    collective effort to make a lasting impact on lives, communities, and the world at large.
