The school will conduct Online Discussion on Children's Awareness on Disaster Preparedness. This will be attended by
all pupils and teachers of the school.

This project will be conducted for the entire year.

All Elementary grade level pupil’s.

I. Introduction
In consonance with Republic Act No. 101021, re: Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction andManagement Act of
2010, and DepEd Order No. 21, s. 2015re: DisasterRisk Reduction andManagement Coordination and Information
Management Protocol, all schools are directed toform/reconstitute their School Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management (SDRRM)Committee to spearhead the conduct of Disaster Risk Reduction/Climate Change
Adaptation(DRR/CCA)-related programs/projects/activities in their respective schools.
HAMMERED or Hazard Analysis Mitigation Management for Effective Risk Reduction during Emergency and
Disaster is a project proposal of DRRM School Committee of Mancatian Elementary School to conduct a school safety
assessment using the simplified school safety assessment tool and other related skills in preparing for limited face-to-
face classes amidst a health crisis emergency.
II. Objectives
* Empower the schools and learners in ensuring safety and learning continuity.
* Strengthen the resilience of basic education in the context of natural and human-induced hazards .
3. Teachers, parents and students’ cooperation about earthquake drill and other safety measures inside or
outside the school.
