Failures reported beyond 1st year of vehicle operation
Reported in applications with frequent start stop
Broken Stater pinion gear teeth operations
• Fix by failure
• Attach initial quick test log report along with PQR.
• Check for RPM band symbol in INS & also battery
voltage in the vehicle.

Disturbance( Spike) in the internal line during power supply
Quick test result: CPC not regulation, damaging the microcontroller & thus losing the
detected powertrain communication.
Failure is also happening when battery is low & after
successive ignition trials.

cable lug leads to pre loading of the cores that Field issue resolution
are continuously stressed from engine
vibrations, resulting in arcing when the cable
