6.1 State the Vision and Mission of the institution

VISION- Our vision is to instill the ideas of perseverance among youngsters, no


matter how great the threats of real life and to stop not before arriving at the goal.
MISSION - Providing quality and value oriented higher learning to students of
the natively from low and medium income families for developing professional
ethics creative freedom has been our paramount mission.

7. Innovations and Best Practices
7.1 Innovations introduced during this academic year which have created a positive impact on the
functioning of the institution. Give details.
The campus is maintained with Wi-Fi connectivity and on-line facilities are
provided in Admission System, Accession of Books, Administration and
Examination.

7.2 Provide the Action Taken Report (ATR) based on the plan of action decided upon at the
beginning of the year

The Plan of action decided the beginning of the year (2010-201) as


implemented in the later years and the development has been made
accordingly.

7.3 Give two Best Practices of the institution (please see the format in the NAAC Self-study Manuals)

(a) The One hour session of discussion is held on selected Saturdays which
is attended by students to get a broad outlook on Indian Culture and glimpses
of our cultural tradition.
The college is geared to achieve its specific goals and objectives by monthly
plans of the institution following the guidelines of the state Government and
periodic review of the same.
The civic responsibilities is being inculcated among the students by
organizing different effective awareness programs such as anti dowry
campaign, anti-smoking sense, plantation , eradication of illiteracy, through
NSS Unit of the college.
(b) The attitude of self employment is being created among the students by
encouraging them to take up gardening, plantations, Skill training to Degree
students on banking & Finance under PMKVY by MSDE, Govt. of India.
The value based quality education is being imparted inviting specialized
resource personnel from different fields holding Seminars in the institution.
The Head of the institution uses every forum and opportunity to stress the
need of easy and open interaction of teacher with their students. The best
efforts are thus extracted from listening, questioning, speculating and
sharpening the intelligence of the learners.
