Employee SCARF Survey
Employee SCARF Survey
Employee SCARF Survey
Introduction
The SCARF Model, developed by neuroscientist and leadership expert David Rock, identifies five key social domains that can trigger threat or reward responses in the human brain: Status, Certainty, Autonomy,
Relatedness, and Fairness. These factors play a significant role in individual motivation, engagement, and overall well-being in the workplace.
This survey aims to evaluate the extent to which our organization successfully addresses these SCARF factors, providing valuable insights for enhancing employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall
organizational success.
