APPOINTMENT ORDER
01. Your period of probation will be for 6 months from the date of your joining duty.
Based on performance, your probation period will be ended. During the tenure, the
company reserves its right to terminate your services at any given point of time, with
immediate effect, without any prior notice or compensation in the case of demeanor or
misconduct/disciplinary action. After completion of one year of employment with the
company, you may be eligible for consideration for annual performance appraisal, as
would be decided by the management based on your performance at the sole discretion
of the management.
02. The rules of Business, procedures and conduct prescribed for the employees shall
apply to you. You shall abide by the service rules of the company in force as amended
from time to time. While in the service of the company, you will not be permitted to
undertake any employment or engage yourself in any activities of any nature. You will be
required to carry out all your assignments and responsibilities as instructed from time to
time and your performance will be subject to periodic appraisal by the management.
03. You have been appointed as an employee and you may be required to work anywhere
in India based on the decision of the management and the requirements of the company,
either for the company or for its subsidiaries or associates.
04. Any absence of continuous period of two Days without prior written approval or any
overstay of leave by more than 2 days without prior written approval can lead to
termination of your employment without any prior notice or explanation. In which event,
the notice period of notice pay for termination of your employment does not apply.
05. You are entitled to leave as per the prevailing leave policy in accordance with the
service regulations of the company with its amendments from time to time.
06. You are required to complete one year of service from the date of joining and should
you wish to discontinue, you will be required to serve a notice period of two months. In
case, you have any incomplete assignment the category reserves its right to relieve you
only at the end of two months’ notice period of the assignment completion date
whichever is greater. However, the company can terminate your services immediately by
accepting your resignation.
07. You shall not divulge to any Personal, Professional or Business information to
any third party such information concerning the affairs or business matters of the
company or information regarding the accounts, clients, financial aspects which
information is within your knowledge by reason of your employment with the company
and you are bound to maintain confidentiality of all such information.
08. You will be required to apply and maintain the highest standards of personal conduct
and integrity and comply with all company policies and procedures. Any intentional/
deliberate and unintentional violation of these or any other company procedures can
result in disciplinary action against you, which may lead to termination of your
employment with or without notice or compensation.
09. Upon leaving the company, whether by resignation or termination, you must
promptly return all company property in your possession, including documents, files,
books, papers, laptops, and pen drives. This includes any physical or digital materials that
you have been provided with or created during your employment. Failure to return
company property may result in legal action.
10. You are mandated to serve a notice period of two months should you wish to resign
from your services to the company. It’s up to the discretion of the management whether
to accept your resignation with immediate effect or to enforce notice period. You are
required to perform at the highest level of integrity and satisfaction during the notice
period, so as not to cause any damage tangible or intangible to the reputation of the
company.
11. The terms of this agreement are strictly confidential and violation of these terms of
service agreement, which is being executed separately, could result in penalties including
potential termination of your employment with the company and any loss of reputation
caused on your acts of omission and commissions may also lead to recovery of damages
to be assessed by the company.
12. Your working hours would be a minimum of 54 hours per week and are subject to
change depending on the exigencies of the company.
13. In case of any disputes between the company and you arising out, it is agreed and
such disputes shall be decided by courts in Hyderabad and the courts in Hyderabad alone.
14. Salary: Your Total Cost to Company (CTC) shall be Rs. 3.0 Lakhs Per Annum. Your
salary is payable on or before 5 business days of the following month and will be reviewed
from time to time based on your performance. The break up particulars of your salary are
attached in the annexure.
15. You shall at the time of joining the office at Hyderabad, submit the following papers
to the HR manager (for verification)
A) Offer Letter
B) Two passport size color photographs
C) Authenticated proof of age preferable SSC Marks Sheet, Educational qualification
certificates in original along with Xerox copies.
D) Satisfactory Relieving letter & Salary certificates from last previous employer
(if applicable).
E) Aadhaar card and PAN card originals along with Xerox copies.
Note: The terms referred above are subject to changes within the discretion of the
management from time to time and as communicated to you in writing.

Note:
A. HRA is exempted to the extent of least of the following.
● Actual HRA Received
● Rent Paid in Excess of 10% of Salary
● 40% of Salary
B. Employee Contribution to PF Rs. 1283/- as per the PF act and Professional Tax of INR
200 will be deducted from monthly gross salary.
C. Group Medical Insurance is part of CTC which also includes Parental Insurance.
D. Taxes and statutory deductions, if any will be borne by the employee.

Matter of your compensation is confidential information of the company. Your
compensation package is unique to you and not for comparison with other employees of
the company.
