As mid-level manager, engineering diploma graduates are responsible for proper and most
efficient interaction of 6 M`S: man, machine, material, money, method (SOP or process)
and market with a focus that will depend on their position in the organization (production,
planning, quality, maintenance, design, etc.).
They first need to understand the type of management and organization they work in.
As they work directly or indirectly with manufacturing, therefore they need to have
knowledge, skills and attitudes on production, planning, productivity improvement, new

overall supply chain management.
They deal with people either as a supervisor, assistant manager or by leading transversal

of electrical power is a subject where a student will deal with Renewable energy
