Stormwater Quality:
Stormwater collection is designed to direct stormwater run-off from customer
fueling and bulk delivery areas to one system, flowing to one or more oil/water
separators installed in each individual inlet in the system.
Water Conservation:
- Rain-sensor irrigation system
- Rainwater harvesting system (1st for the company)
- High efficiency water fixtures and lighting

- Integrated timed/light-sensing controls
- All exterior light fixtures are fully shielded, full cut-off, 100% downward directional,
and mounted as low as practical.
- 65% of the total lumen output is situated under the fuel canopies.

• No rebate of property taxes – 100% capture by City, County, ISD
• 50% sales tax rebate over 15 years assuming County participation
• Sign standards modified to allow for a 68’ pole sign with sign face
area up to 360 square feet prominently featuring San Marcos’s name
• Company to donate $100,000 to City community fund
• Rainwater harvesting, oil water separators, lighting standards
• Make effort to hire local residents, contractors and suppliers
