Edition, Chapter 3, Memberships, Section D – Dolphin Service Recognition Plaque, we respectfully recommend the award of Dolphin Service Recognition Plaque and Dolphin Badge to the officers and members of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary 106th Auxiliary Squadron, Coast Guard Auziliary District National Capital Region –Central Luzon for their twenty (20) continuous years of active outstanding performance and for the successful completion of regular term as Director, Auxiliary Squadron, to support th Philippine Coast Guard missions and functions.
