    NOMINATIONS

    1. Pursuant to the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary Regulations Manual 2012


    Edition, Chapter 3, Memberships, Section D – Dolphin Service Recognition
    Plaque, we respectfully recommend the award of Dolphin Service Recognition
    Plaque and Dolphin Badge to the officers and members of the Philippine Coast
    Guard Auxiliary 106th Auxiliary Squadron, Coast Guard Auziliary District National
    Capital Region –Central Luzon for their twenty (20) continuous years of active
    outstanding performance and for the successful completion of regular term as
    Director, Auxiliary Squadron, to support th Philippine Coast Guard missions and
    functions.

    2. The following officers from 106th Squadron who are recommended for the award
    are:

    -Member since 1998, with an entry Rank Auxiliary Commander (CDR)
    and promoted to Rank Auxiliary Captain in 2000;
    -Past Director Auxiliary Squadron (DAS), 2002 – 2004;
    -Past Deputy Director Auxiliary District for Operations (DDADO) 2004-
    2006;
    -Past Director Auxiliary District (DAD) CGAD-CL, 2006-2008;
    Promoted to Rank Auxiliary Commodore (COMMO) under G.O. No. 028
    on 2 April 2006;
    -Past Deputy National Director for Operations, 2006-2008;
    -Past National Director (ND), 2008-2010;
    Promoted to Rank Auxiliary Rear Admiral (RADM) under G.O. No 82-A
    on 18 November 2010;
    -Squadron Adviser since 2006 to present.
