EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Developing a new product is difficult as well. Since its difficult to imagine a product that
can succeed in the market, the proponent has agreed to boost, or, more accurately, adjust
a commercial stain remover. The business owners had created a product that is definitely
available to most, especially in cleaning services.
The product is GreenCrest Cleaner, a product that is well-known but with a twist and is
first time to be introduced in public. The business made a twist to captivate every
costumer’s eye because the proponent wants a product to be noticed not only because it is
new but also because it has a unique scent.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
In this business plan, the proponent introduced a new product which is Greencrest
cleaner. We used the word “Green” because it represents vitality and renewal. So for us,
the word green is a symbol of the continuity of a business. And “Crest” is a showy
growth because we also believe that our company will develop and grow because of this
product. We know that we will have many competitors because many companies make
similar kind of this product, but we make sure that when it comes to the ingredients our,
product is absolutely unique.
Greencrest business offers a good quality and affordable cleaner product. It is not just a
cleaning spray because it can also be used in cleaning tables, sinks and glass doors. The
tagline is “Your house is a mess? Use greencrest” it was originally made by our
company. Customers don’t just buy ordinary cleaning spray because our product can give
good results.

Baking soda and vinegar are the main ingredients in creating the main product of
the company. G-crest desires something distinctive so that customers can try something
new. Since vinegar and baking soda are widely available in the market, making a
cleaning spray out of baking soda and vinegar is safe and convenient. The company
decided to name the product "Green Crest" with a tagline, "Your house is a mess?, Use
green crest". According to studies, a cheap box of baking soda (or bicarbonate of soda to
some) can effectively clean your entire home. It's extremely versatile and can be used as a
mild abrasive, scouring agent and deodoriser to dissolve dirt, tackle odours and cut
through grime, which is one of the ingredients in cleaning spray. White vinegar is a
natural disinfectant.
It contains 5% acetic acid, which has antimicrobial properties, the strongest bleaching
agent for removing stains. Our product is safe because it is effective, environmentally
sustainable, and it will not harm anyone's health, ensuring the health of those who will
use it. Green Crest cleaner is cost-efficient and much less expensive than other stain
removers, so everyone can afford it. We also guarantee that it is more effective, so you
will be satisfied and purchase more of our product.

Greencrest will surely give and sustain a clean atmosphere providing maximum effort in
producing comfortable, effective, reliable, efficient, respectful public service with
integrity and accountability using innovative and improved methods and materials.
Ensuring these methods will surely be helpful in creating natural, affordable, germ-free,
and eco-friendly products for every customer.
VISION
By 2025, the vision of greencrest is to be recognized all over the world due to its
excellence and be the top cleaning agent in providing the most effective and reliable
product. Our business will expand and build branches and easy to access websites that
can help different customers even the less fortunate one's purchase our affordable
product.
Its name must be acknowledged worldwide in order to provide more products that will
make the cleaning process in our life easy.

With all the different products aimed to make our life “easier,” there are many
hidden ingredients and toxins in our daily lives.
However, there are natural alternatives that can be used for the same purpose that are just

Step 1. Take the top off of an empty spray bottle, place a small funnel into the opening and
pour in 1/2 cup of white vinegar and 1/2 cup of washing soda
Step 3. Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda and • 2 tablespoons of borax wait for the
foaming to subside.
Product Design
The company decided to name the product “Greencrest” with a tagline “You’re
house a mess? use greencrest.” This product is simple but will clean everything from top
to bottom. because of its effectiveness, it’ll make sure that the customer will be satisfied
and will buy another product again. Below here is the actual photo of the Greencrest
Cleaner.

Company Logo
The company name “Greencrest” is based on the main product which is greencrest
cleaner. Figure 3, shows the logo of the business. A logo is made for the product to
portray its signature. The proponent believed that the logo itself can easily catch target
customer’s attention.
Product Packaging
The product packaging is the first thing the consumer sees in a product.
Our company decided to use a bottle that is made out of plastic that is recyclable.
The mist spray is a design that is made sure that the pumping action delivers the liquid
fluently. The pump is attached to a small tube that draws the cleaning fluid from the
bottle. The sticker attached to the bottle is made out of vinyl so it will not be easily worn
out. We use the color green as our main color so that it can be easily distinguished and it
is because it is also stated in the name of our product.

The location of our store is at Assada St. A.B. Fernandez Ave. Dagupan City.
St Joseph Drugstore. Our store is specifically located beside the CARD SME Bank in
front of St Joseph Drugstore, one of the streets that provides a unique opportunity to
attract customers providing immediate access to the product.
Waste Disposal
There are lots of creative ways to recycle our empty cleaning detergent containers by
using them to create gardening materials or a watering can so that it can be considered
zero waste.

Target Market
The target market would be the residents of Dagupan City, and other nearby
residents. This business aims to sell product to these customers because the proponent
believed that there’s possibility that the product will be bought by its target market
because residents with an age of 18 and above in the City are fond of using cleaning
spray and have an interest in household cleaning.
Market Segmentation
The business target market focuses on all genders at ages 18 and above of the
residents of Dagupan City. The business does not only aim to give effective cleaning
spray to the market but exclusively begin the impact of the promotion essentially through
the studies as the business believes that the age scope of this market is the most
persuasive and more updated.

products. Through this promotion, people will be drawn in, attracted, and become aware
of our company.

Finding a good place for business is really difficult for business owners. The
business shop is located at Assada St. a.b Fernandez Ave Dagupan City. Green Crest has
its own land to place so there will be no rent to pay. The location is good since it is near
the markets because the target customer is found there.

The Greenrest cleaner is the main product of the company and it is also known as
cleaning spray. The product is made of baking soda and vinegar. Using this product, we
can show this to other customers and let them try our local products here in our country.
