8.0 OPENING OF TENDER:-
The Tender will be opened online on Dt 22/03/2024 at 12:00 Hrs (If

possible) by the office of Executive Engineer, Kachchh Branch Canal Division
No. 2/6, Bhachau-Kachchh Dist. Kachchh. Pin code No. 370140, in presence of
intending bidders or their representatives. (Note:- Tender may be opened online
by Representative of Nprocure at GNFC tower Ahmedabad in presence of this
office staff if such knowledgeable person not available in this office.)

9.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
(i) The cost of tender document will not be refunded under any circumstances.
(ii) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form specified in tender document only
shall be accepted and shall be valid for 180 days from the last date of receipt
of tender.
(iii) The offer shall be valid for 120 days from the Last date of receipt of the
tenders.
(iv) Tenders without Tender document fees, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and
which do not fulfil all or any of the condition or submitted incompleted in
any respect will be rejected.
(v) A Contractor or firm shall submit not more than one tender for single work.
An Individual / bidder can apply either a individual or partnership firm or any
other corporate body.
(vi) The award of contract shall be made to a bidder, whose responsive tender is
determined to be the lowest evaluated tender and who satisfies the qualifying
criteria as laid in the tender documents.
(vii) Conditional tender shall not be accepted.
(viii) The notice, corrigendum & Addendum shall form a part of contract
document.
(ix) SSNNL reserves the right to accept lowest responsive offer based on
evaluation of work and reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
(x) The decision of SSNNL in award of work will be final in this regards and
binding to Bidders.
(xi) The details of above notice will be available on GOG’s web site
www.statetenders.com.
(xii) Scanned copies of EMD, DD of tender fee and certified copy of other

( જો ઇજારદાર વેનિડીટી સર્ય દરમ્યાન ઓફર પાછી ખેંચી િેશે તો તેની બાનાની રકર્ જપ્ત થશે તથા નનયર્ો અનુસાર
કાયમવાહી થશે.)

૨.૦૦ ટેન્ડરર્ાં સાર્ેિ ભાવપત્રકર્ા ર્ાનસક િોરર્ે ર્હહંરા સ્કોર્પમયો (ર્ોડિ-એસ) (BS6) કે તેને સર્કક્ષ વાહન ર્ાટે એક

ર્ાસર્ાં ૨૬૦૦ કક.ર્ી. કરતાં વિુ તેર્જ ર્ુસાફરીના કકસ્સાર્ાં પ્રનત કક.ર્ી. દીઠ ર્ાનસક ૨૬૦૦ કક.ર્ી. કરતાં
વિારાની ર્ુસાફરી ર્ાટે પ્રનત કકર્ીના ભાવ આપવાના રહેશ.ે
૩.૦૦ વ્યાખ્યાઓ અને સંદભો :-
૩.૧૦ કોન્રાક્ટર :
જે નું ટેન્ડર નનગર્ દ્વારા સ્વીકારવાર્ાં આવ્યું હોય તે અથવા તેનો અનિકૃત પ્રનતનનનિ.
૩.૨૦ એન્જીનીયર ઇન ચાજમ :

ર્ુખ્ય ઇજનેરશ્રી, કચ્છ શાખા, ગાંિીિાર્ દ્વારા સદર કાર્ ર્ાટે નનયુક્ત કરવાર્ાં આવેિ કાયમપાિક ઇજનેરશ્રી કચ્છ શાખા
નહેર નવભાગ નં ૨/૬,ભચાઉ / કાયમપાિક ઇજનેર દ્વારા અનિકૃત પ્રનતનનનિ એન્જીનીયર ઇન ચાજમ તરીકે કાર્ કરી શકશે.
૩.૩૦ કોન્રાક્ટ :
કાર્ કરવા ર્ાટે (વાહનો પુરા પાડવા બાબત) ઠેકેદાર અને કચેરીના અનિકૃત વ્યનક્ત દ્વારા કરવાર્ાં આવતો કરાર કે જે ના
દ્વારા ઠેકેદાર ર્ાંગર્ી ર્ુજબના વાહનો પુરા પાડે.
૩.૪૦ એપ્રુવિ : ટેન્ડરર્ાં ભરેિ ભાવોની નનગર્ની ર્ુખ્ય કચેરી દ્વારા ર્ળેિી ર્ાન્યતા.
૩.૫૦ કદવસ રાનત્રના ૦.૦૦ કિાકથી ચાિુ થઈ ૨૪-૦૦ ના અંતે સુિીના કોઇપર્ જાતના બ્રેક નસવાયનો ગાળો-
૩.૬૦ નનગર્ : સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ અથવા તેના દ્વારા નનયુક્ત જવાબદાર અનિકારી કે જે ના દ્વારા વાહનોનો ઉપયોગ
થનાર છે .
૪.૦ સદરહુ ં કરારનાર્ા અનુસાર ર્ાનસક ભાડેથી વાહનો ભાડે ર્ેળવનાર “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ નિ.” હેઠળના જે તે ર્ુખ્ય
ઇજનેરશ્રીનો ઉલ્િેખ હવે પછી સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી. થી કરવાર્ાં આવશે. જે વાહન ભાડેથી ફાળવનાર
ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ રહેશ.ે

કો.ઓ.બેંક નિ, સૌરાષ્ટ્ર ગ્રાર્ીર્ બેંક વગેરે બેંકના એફ.ડી.આર નર્મદા શ્રીનનનિના રૂપર્ાં અચુક ચુકવવાની રહેશે. બાનાની
રકર્ની વેિીડીટી છ ર્નહના સુિીની રાખવાની રહેશ.ે બાનાની રકર્ વગરના ટેન્ડર સ્વીકારવાર્ાં નહી આવે.
૪.૨૦ ટેન્ડર વેિીડીટીના સર્યગાળા દરમ્યાન જો કોઇ ઇજારદાર તેની ઓફર પાછી ખેચશે તો તેઓએ ભરેિ બાનાની રકર્ પરત
ર્ળવાપાત્ર થશે નહી. ટેન્ડર વેિીડીટીનો પીરીયડ ૧૨૦ કદવસનો રહેશે.
૫.૦૦ કોન્રાક્ટનો સર્યગાળો
૫.૧ કોન્રાકટનો સર્યગાળો સાર્ાન્ય રીતે ત્રર્ વર્મનો રહેશ.ે આર્ છતા જરુર જર્ાય તો સબંનિત ર્ુખ્ય ઇજનેર દ્વારા તેને
વિુ ૧ વર્મ સુિી ટેન્ડરના ભાવે અને શરતો િંબાવી શકાશે. કોઇ પર્ વિારાની શરત ર્ાન્ય રાખવાર્ાં આવશે નહી. પ્રસ્તુત

વિારાના સર્યે (૩ વર્મ ઉપરાંત) ર્ાટે વાહન વાપરનાર અનિકારીશ્રી તથા ર્ુખ્ય ઇજનેરશ્રી, (નનગર્) ને કોન્રાકટરની
સેવાઓ સંતોર્કારક િાગવી જોઇશે. વકમ ઓડમર આપ્યા બાદ ૧૫ કદવસર્ાં ઇજારદાર તરફથી વાહનો ફાળવવાર્ાં નહી
આવે તો તેઓશ્રીની બાનાની રકર્ જપ્ત થવા પાત્ર છે .
૫.૨ કોન્રાકટના સર્યગાળા દરમ્યાન જો સબંનિત કાયમપાિક ઇજનેરને જરૂર જર્ાય તો કોન્રાક્ટ રદ કરવાની પંદર કદવસની
નોટીસ આપ્યા બાદ, કોઇપર્ કારર્ દશામવ્યા વગર કોન્રાક્ટ રદ કરી શક્શે. આ રીતે રદ થયેિ કોન્રાક્ટના બાકીના
સર્યગાળાનું કોઇ વળતર આપવાર્ાં આવશે નહી.
૫.૩ જો ઠેકેદાર વાહનો પુરા પાડવાર્ાં નનષ્ફળ જાય તો તેને સોંપાયેિું કાર્ અન્ય ઠેકેદાર પાસેથી કરાવી િેવાર્ાં આવશે અને
તેનો ખચમ ર્ુળ કોન્રાક્ટર પાસેથી વસુિ િેવાર્ાં આવશે.
૬.૦ ર્ાનસક િોરર્ે ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનની ફરજનો સર્ય સાર્ાન્ય રીતે સવારે ૬.૦૦ કિાકથી બીજા કદવસના
સવારના ૬-૦૦ કિાક દરમ્યાન ગર્વાર્ાં આવશે. સાર્ાન્ય રીતે કદવસ દરમ્યાન કોઇ પર્ ૧૨ કિાક ફરજ બજાવવાની
રહેશે. સદરહુ ં વાહનર્ાં િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા પ્રર્ાનર્ત કરવાર્ાં આવેિ અને િોગબુકર્ાં થયેિ એન્રી
ર્ુજબના કક.ર્ી. ર્ાન્ય રાખવાર્ાં આવશે. વિારાના સર્ય ર્ાટે કોઇ ચુકવણં કરવાર્ાં આવશે નહી. ઇજારદારોએ
ઉપરોક્ત શરત ધ્યાનર્ાં રાખી ભાવ ભરવાના રહેશ.ે
૭.૦ “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી.” હસ્તકના જે તે નજલ્િાર્ાં તથા તાિુકાર્ાં ર્ુખ્ય ર્થકની કાયમરત કચેરીઓ ર્ાટે
જરૂરીયાત ર્ુજબની તબક્કાવારની નવનવિ સુચનાઓ અન્વયે ભાડેથી વાહનો પુરા પાડી ફાળવવાના રહેશે અને સદર
ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનોના પ્રસંગોપાત ર્ેટિ રોડ તેર્જ િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીશ્રીની સુચના ર્ુજબ નનયત
બાંિકાર્ના સ્થળે જવા ર્ાટે વાહન ચાિી શકે તેવા કાચા રસ્તા ઉપર પર્ વાહન હંકારવાનું રહેશે. જે બાબતે
ઇજારદારશ્રીના ડ્રાઇવર કે વાહન અંગન
ે ી ફરીયાદ સાંભળવાર્ાં આવશે નહી. જો સુચનાનું ઉલ્િંઘન થશે તો િગત ર્ુસાફરી
કરનાર અનિકારીશ્રીની સુચના અનુસાર સદર પ્રવાસ અંગન
ે ું ચુકવણં કરવાર્ાં આવશે નહી અને તાકીદના િોરર્ે જે તે
સર્યે િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીશ્રીએ કરેિ વૈકનલ્પક વ્યવસ્થાનો ખચમ પર્ ઇજારદાર પાસેથી વસુિાત કરવા જે તે
સર્યના નબિના ચુકવર્ાર્ાંથી કપાત કરવાર્ાં આવશે.
૮.૦ જે કચેરી ર્ાટે ભાવો ર્ંગાવવાર્ાં આવેિ હોય તેને સર્યર્યામદાર્ાં ર્ાંગ્યા ર્ુજબનું યોગ્ય વાહન પુરું પાડવાનું રહેશે.
૯.૦૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહન સંજોગોવશાત “બ્રેક ડાઉન” થાય તો સદરહુ ં વાહનના ઇન્ડેન્ટીંગ
અનિકારી/િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીની સુચના અનુસાર “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ને અડચર્રૂપ થાય તેવા
કકસ્સાર્ાં ઇજારદારશ્રી / વાહનચાિક દ્વારા સદરહુ ં વાહન ખસેડવાની વ્યવસ્થા કાયમવાહી દરમ્યાન “સરદાર સરોવર
નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ની જો કોઇ ર્ાિ નર્િકતને નુકશાન થશે તો સદરહુ ં નુકશાની ખચમ ઇજારદાર પાસેથી વસુિ કરવાર્ાં
આવશે, જે અંગે ” કાયમપાિક ઇજનેરશ્રી ,કચ્છ શાખા નહેર નવ.નં ૨/૬,ભચાઉ નો નનર્મય આખરી ગર્ાશે, જે
ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિકતામ રહેશ.ે
૧૦.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનો બગડી જાય / અથવા રીપેરીંગ હેઠળ હોવાનું જર્ાય અથવા તો પ્રવાસ
દરમ્યાન વાહનર્ાં ખાર્ી સજામય તેવા સંજોગોર્ાં ઇન્ડેન્ટીંગ અનિકારી / િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીશ્રીની તેર્ના
સંતોર્ ર્ુજબના વાહનની સત્વરે તાકીદના િોરર્ે વૈકનલ્પક વ્યવસ્થા કરી આપવાની જવાબદારી ઇજારદારની રહેશ,ે તેર્
છતાંય તેવા સંજોગોર્ાં ખાર્ીયુક્ત વાહનની અવેજીર્ાં અન્ય કોઇ વાહનની કે વૈકનલ્પક અંગે િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર
અનિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા િેવાયેિ નનર્મય આખરી ગર્ાશે અને જે બાબતે થયેિ ખરેખર ખચમ ર્ુજબનું ચુકવણં ઇજારદારશ્રીના
નબિર્ાંથી કપાત કરી ચુકવવાર્ાં આવશે અને જે તે સર્યના ગુર્દોર્ને આિારે ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીએ િીિેિ નનર્મય
આખરી હોઇ ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ રહેશ.ે ઇજારદાર તરફથી ફાળવેિ વાહન જો બે કિાક અથવા તેથી વિુ એક કદવસ
ર્ાટે જો ગેરહાજર હશે તો રૂ. ૨૦૦૦/- (અંકે રૂ. બે હજાર પૂરા) કદવસ દીઠ દંડનીય રકર્ ગર્ીને બીિર્ાંથી કપાત
કરવાર્ાં આવશે.
૧૧.૦ સદર કરારનાર્ા અનુસાર ઇજારદારશ્રી ભાડેથી વાહન ફાળવવા અંગે અપાયેિ સુચનાનું પાિન ન થતાં પ્રત્યેક ર્ાસર્ાં િગત
ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારી / ઇન્ડેન્ટીંગ અનિકારીશ્રીએ પ્રર્ાનર્ત કરેિ ન હોય તેટિા કદવસની વાહન બાબતની ગેરહાજરી
અંગે જે તે સર્યના નનયત અનુસાર પ્રત્યેક કદવસ દીઠ રૂ. ૨૦૦૦/- (અંકે રૂ. બે હજાર પુરા) ઇજારદારશ્રીના નબિર્ાંથી
કપાત કરવાર્ાં આવશે.તેર્જ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ એક વાહનના બદિે અવેજીર્ાં
સંજોગોવસાત ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા બીજુ વાહન ફાળવવાર્ાં આવે તે વાહન ઇન્ટેંડીંગ અનિકારી / િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર

અનિકારીને સ્વીકાયમ ન હોય તેવા કકસ્સાર્ાં અન્ય કોઇ સારી નસ્થનતવાળુ / સારી કન્ડીશનવાળુ વાહન સર્યસર ફાળવવાની
તેર્જ જો િગત વાહન બે કદવસ થી વિુ સર્ય ચાિુ રહેશે તો કરારનાર્ા ર્ુજબ નનયર્ોનુસાર દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા કદન-૨
ર્ાં રજુ કરવાની સંપર્
ુ મ જવાબદારી ઇજારદારશ્રીની રહેશે.
૧૨.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનો નવા ર્હહંરા સ્કોર્પમયો (ર્ોડિ-એસ) (BS6) કે તેને
સર્કક્ષ ર્ોડેિના તથા તેની ઉપરની કક્ષાના જ હોવા જોઇએ, તેર્જ વાહન ચાિકને ઓછાર્ાં ઓછો ત્રર્ વર્મનો
ડ્રાઇવીંગનો અનુભવ હોવો જોઇએ, તેર્જ સદરહુ ં ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનર્ાં ““સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ના
અનિકારી / કર્મચારી ઉપરાંત સાઇટ કાયમવાહીને િગતા ઉપયોગી સાિનો, ઉપકરર્ો, બાંિકાર્ પરીક્ષર્ અંગેના સેમ્પિ /
ર્ાિસર્ાન વગેરન
ે ું યોગ્ય તેર્જ નનનચચત સ્થળે પરીવહન કરાવવાનું રહેશ.ે આ બાબતે વાહન ચાિકનો નવરોિ ચાિશે
નહી.
૧૩.૦ રનવવારે અથવા જાહેર રજાના કદવસે અનનવાયમ સંજોગોર્ાં “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ની જરૂરીયાત ર્ુજબ નનયત
કરાર ર્ુજબના ભાવ અનુસાર વાહન ફાળવવાનું રહેશે અને સદરહુ ં કદને વાહનોના વપરાશ અંગે વિારાનું કોઇપર્ વળતર
ચુકવવાર્ાં આવશે નહી, પરંતુ કોઇ એક કદવસ અથવા રનવવારે “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ને અનુકુળ સર્યે
ડ્રાઇવરને રજા આપવા તથા તેના સ્થાને અન્ય ડ્રાઇવરની પુરતી સગવડ કરવા અંગન
ે ી જવાબદારી ઇજારદારશ્રી /
કોંરાક્ટરની રહેશ.ે
૧૪.૦ ભાડેથી આપવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનો ઇન્ડેન્ટીંગ અનિકારી / િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીની સુચના અનુસાર ઓફીસ
કમ્પાઉન્ડ કે સુનચત જ્ગગ્યા પર પાકમ કરી રાખવાના રહેશે. વપરાશર્ાં ન હોય ત્યારે વાહનો સુનચત જગ્યાએ પાકમ કરેિ હશે
તો જ પ્રર્ાનર્ત સર્ય ગર્વાર્ાં આવશે.
૧૫.૦ ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ ઇજારદારશ્રીનાં દરેક વાહનોની નનયત િોગબુક “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” દ્વારા
નનયત કરવાર્ાં આવશે. જે ર્ાં વાહનોની વપરાશ અંગન
ે ી સંપર્
ુ મ નવગતો ઇજારદારશ્રીનાં વાહન ચાિકે / ઇજારદારશ્રીને
દશામવવાની રહેશે અને સદરહુ ં દરેક નવગત િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા પ્રર્ાનર્ત કરાવી િોગબુકર્ાં શેરો
કરાવવાનો રહેશ.ે ર્ાસને અંતે િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીશ્રી પાસેથી વાહન વપરાશનાં કક.ર્ી. તેર્જ વાહનની
ગેરહાજરી હોય તો તે દશામવતું પ્રર્ાર્પત્ર ઇજારદારશ્રીએ ર્ેળવી નબિ સાથે રજુ કરવાનું રહેશ.ે જે અંગેની સંપર્
ુ મ
જવાબદારી ઇજારદારશ્રીના વાહન ચાિક /ઇજારદારશ્રીની રહેશ.ે (િોગબુક તથા િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીનાં
પ્રર્ાર્પત્રને જ ચુકવર્ા ર્ાટેનો આિારભુત દસ્તાવેજ ગર્વાર્ાં આવશે) “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” તરફથી
ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ જે તે િોગબુક પુર્મ થયેથી અગરતો કોઇ કારર્સર નનગર્ તરફ થી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ જે તે િોગબુક
પુર્મ થયેથી અગરતો કોઇ કારર્સર નનગર્ તરફથી કે ઇજારદારશ્રી તરફથી વાહન બંિ કરવાર્ાં આવે તેવા સંજોગોર્ાં
સદરહુ ં િોગબુક સંપુર્મ નવગતવાર નોંિ સહીત વાહન બંિ કાયામની તારીખથી પરત જર્ા કરાવવાની રહેશે.
૧૬.૦ જ્ગયારે ઇજારદારશ્રી તરફથી વાહન સર્યસર ન ફાળવવાર્ાં આવે અથવા અન્ય કકસ્સાર્ાં વાહનની ગેરહાજરી બાબતે
ઇન્ડેન્ટીંગ અનિકારી / ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીનો નનર્મય આખરી ગર્ાશે અને ગેરહાજરી બાબતે પ્રનતકદન ૨૦૦૦/-
પ્રર્ાર્ે ગેરહાજરીના કદવસો ર્ાટે બીિર્ાંથી વસુિાત કરાશે.
૧૭.૦ ટેન્ડર જાહેર થયા સર્યનો ડીઝિનો ભાવ પ્રનત િીટર રૂ. ૯૨.૨૫ પૈસાનો હાિર્ાં ગર્તરીર્ાં િેવાયેિ છે . ત્યાર બાદ
સંજોગોવશાત નનયર્ાનુસાર ફ્ક્ત ડીઝિનો કુિ ભાવ ફેર ઉપરોક્ત ભાવ કરતાં પ્રનત નિટર દીઠ રૂ. ૩.૦૦ કરતાં વિુ વિારો
/ ઘટાડો થાય ત્યાર બાદ કરારનાર્ા અનુસારનાં ભાવ પત્રક ર્ુજબના દરેક વાહનર્ાં જે તે સર્યના થયેિ ખરેખર
ર્ુસાફરીને અનુિક્ષીને પ્રત્યેક્ષ ૧૩ કક.ર્ી. / પ્રનત નિટર દીઠ સરેરાશ વપરાશને ધ્યાનર્ાં િઈ વિારો / ઘટાડોની રકર્
બાબતે ચુકવર્ી / વસુિાત “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” દ્વારા કરવાર્ાં આવશે. આ ર્ાટે ડીઝિનો ભાવ ઇજારદાર
દ્વારા ફાળવેિ વાહનર્ાં કડઝિ ભરાવ્યા બાબતના નબિ પરથી ધ્યાનર્ાં િેવાર્ાં આવશે. જે ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ
રહેશે. અન્ય કોઇ પર્ ચીજ વસ્તુઓના ભાવ જે વી કે ટાયર ટ્યુબ, ઓઇિ તથા સ્પેર પાટ્સમ ઇત્યાકદ નવગેરન
ે ો ભાવ વિારો
આપવાર્ાં આવશે નહી.
૧૮.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનનું “સ્પીડો ર્ીટર / ઓડોર્ીટર” ચાિુ હાિતર્ાં સારી નસ્થનતર્ાં ખાર્ી
વગરનું હોવું જોઇએ. જો ર્ીટરર્ાં ખાર્ી જર્ાય તો સદરહુ ં સ્પીડોર્ીટર / કક.ર્ી. કદન-૨ ર્ાં ચાિુ કરાવવુ.ં જે

ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ રહેશે અને ર્ીટર બંિ હાિતર્ાં હોય તે સર્યગાળા દરમ્યાન સ.સ.ન.નન.િી. ના અનિકારીશ્રી
દ્વારા પ્રર્ાનર્ત કરેિ અંતર ર્ાન્ય રહેશે.
૧૯.૦ ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનોનું ર્ુખ્ય ર્થક ગાંનિિાર્ ગર્વાર્ાં આવશે. ર્ાસર્ાં વારંવાર વાહનોના ર્ુખ્ય ર્થકર્ાં
ફેરફાર કરવાનો હક્ક “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” અબાનિત રહેશે. અને જે ર્ુજબ અપાયેિ સુચનાનું પાિન
કરવાની સંપર્
ુ મ જવાબદારી ઇજારદારશ્રીની રહેશે. ર્ુખ્ય ર્થકર્ાં થયેિ ફેરફાર ર્ુજબ એક ર્ુખ્ય ર્થકથી બીજા ર્ુખ્ય ર્થક
સુિીના સીિી િાઇનનાં અંતર / કક.ર્ી. નું ચુકવણં નનયત કરાર ર્ુજબ “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” દ્વારા
ચુકવવાર્ાં આવશે. જે અંગે વિારાના વળતર કે ચુકવર્ા અંગે ઇજારદારશ્રનો કોઇ પર્ હક્ક દાવો રહેશે નહી.
૨૦.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહન બાબતે તર્ાર્ દસ્તાવેજો જે વા કે રજીસ્રેશન, વીર્ા પોિીસી, ટેક્ષી
પાસીંગ / ર્ેક્ષી પાસીંગ પ્રર્ાર્પત્ર, રોડ પરર્ીટ, પાન નંબર, પાન કાડમની કોપી, આર.સી. બુક્ની કોપી, ર્ાનિકી હક્કના
દસ્તાવેજ, વાહન ચાિકનું િાયસન્સ (ઓછાર્ાં ઓછુ ત્રર્ વર્મ જુ નુ)ં નાર્ સરનાર્ા વગેરે તર્ાર્ કાયદેસરની જરૂરી
નવગતો / દસ્તાવેજો વાહન સાથે રાખવાની સંપુર્મ જવાબદારી ઇજારદારશ્રીની રહેશે અને એક સેટ પ્રર્ાનર્ત કરી કચેરીર્ાં
આપવાનો રહેશે.
૨૧.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનનાં દસ્તાવેજો અંગ,ે ટેક્ષી પાસીંગ કે અન્ય કરવેરા સબંિ કે અકસ્ર્ાત
પ્રસંગે કોઇ પર્ પ્રચનઉપનસ્થત થાય તો તેની સંપુર્મ જવાબદારી ઇજારદારશ્રી / વાહન ર્ાનિકની રહેશે અને સદરહુ ં બાબતે
“સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ના નનયત કરારનાર્ા હેઠળ કાયદાની જોગવાઇ ર્ુજબ ભાડે વાહન આપનાર ઇજારદાર
/ વાહન ર્ાનિક સંપુર્મ રીતે અંનતર્ જવાબદાર ગર્ાશે.
૨૨.૦ ર્ુસાફરી દરમ્યાનના ડીઝિ / ઓઇિ કે સાર્ાન્ય રીપેરીંગ અંગન
ે ા ખચમ ર્ાટે વાહન ચાિકને જરૂરી નાર્ાં ઇજારદારશ્રીએ
અગાઉથી આપવાના તથા ભોગવવાના રહેશે. જે અંગન
ે ા સઘળા ખચમની જોગવાઇનો સર્ાવેશ કરેિ છે . તે બાબતનો
ભાવ પત્રકર્ાં સ્પષ્ટપર્ે ઉલ્િેખ કરવાનો રહેશ.ે જે ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ રહેશે.
૨૩.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનો સારી નસ્થનત / કંડીશનવાળા તથા સુયોગ્ય વાહન ચાિક સનહત
ડીઝિ / પાર્ી વગેરથ
ે ી સજ્ગજ થયેિ હોવા જોઇએ અને જે અંગન
ે ી સંપર્
ુ મ જવાબદારી ઇજારદારશ્રીની રહેશે અને સદરહુ ં
વાહનોની “પ્રર્ાનર્ત સર્ય ” અનુસારની ફરજ ર્ુનક્ત અંગે િગત ઇન્ટેન્ડીંગ અનિકારી / િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર
અનિકારીશ્રીનો નનર્મય આખરી ગર્ાશે અને જે બાબતે વાહન ચાિકોના અયોગ્ય વતમન અંગેનું કારર્ કરાર રદ કરવાને
પુરતું ગર્ાશે.જે બાબતે ઇજારદારશ્રી/ વાહન ર્ાનિકશ્રીની કોઇ પર્ રજુ આત ધ્યાને િેવાર્ાં આવશે નહી અને સદર
બાબતે “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” નો નનર્મય આખરી ગર્ાશે જે ઇજારદારશ્રી / વાહન ર્ાનિકને બંિનકતામ રહેશ.ે
૨૪.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડે ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનોનાં ર્ુસાફરી દરમ્યાન રસ્તાર્ાં આવતાં પુિ/ રસ્તાં પાકીંગ સ્થળ બાબતે
નનયર્ોનુસાર જે કોઇ ટોિ ટેક્ષ / પાકીંગ ફી ચુકવવાનો થાય તો તે ઇજારદારશ્રી/ વાહન ચાિકશ્રીએ ચુકવવાનો રહેશે અને
સદરહુ ં “ટોિ ટેક્ષ / પાકીંગ ફી” ભયામ અંગન
ે ી અસિ અનિકૃત નબિ/ચિર્ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ર્ાસના અંતે નબિ સાથે રજુ
કરવાનું રહેશ.ે તથા નબિર્ાં આ બાબતનો ઉલ્િેખ કરવાનો રહેશે. નબિ રજુ કયેથી તથા ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારી
/કર્મચારી દ્વારા પ્રર્ાનર્ત કયામની “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” દ્વારા સદરહુ ં “ટોિ ટેક્ષ / પાકીંગ ફી” નું ચુકવણં
ભરપાઇ કરવાર્ાં આવશે.(સરકારશ્રીના પ્રવતમર્ાન નનયર્ો અનુસાર ફાસ્ટટેગ િગાવવાની જવાબદારી ઇજારદારની રહેશે
તથા તે ર્ાટે કોઇ અિગથી ચુકવણં કરવાર્ાં આવશે નનહ.)
૨૫.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા વાર્ર્મક કરાર ર્ુજબ ભાડેથી વાહનો ફાળવવાર્ાં ર્ંજુર થયેિ ભાવો અનુસારનાં કરારનાર્ાની ર્ુદત ત્રર્
વર્મની રહેશ.ે પરંતુ સંજોગોવસાત સદરહુ ં કરારનાર્ાની ર્ુદત વિારવાની થાય તો એન્જીનીયર ઇન ચાજમ દ્વારા તેને વિુ ૧
વર્મ સુિી ટેન્ડરના ભાવે અને શરતે િંબાવી શકાશે. પ્રસ્તુત વિારાના સર્યગાળા (ત્રર્ વર્મ ઉપરાંતના ) ર્ાટે વાહન
વાપરનાર અનિકારીશ્રી તથા ર્ુખ્ય ઇજનેરશ્રી “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ને કોન્રાક્ટરની સેવાઓ સંતોર્કારક
જર્ાવી જોઇએ. કોઇ પર્ વિારાની શરત ર્ાન્ય રાખવાર્ાં નહી આવે. આ સંજોગોર્ાં ઇજારદારશ્રીએ ટેન્ડર ભાવ અને
શરત ર્ંજુર હોવાનું પ્રર્ાર્પત્ર આપવું પડશે.
૨૬.૦ ર્ંજુર થયેિ ભાવોના કરારનાર્ાં ર્ુજબ ઇજારદારશ્રી કરારનાર્ાંની જોગવાઇ ઉપરાંત સંજોગોવસાત “સરદાર સરોવર
નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ને વિારે વાહનની જરૂરીયાત જર્ાય તો ઇજારદારશ્રીએ સદરહુ ં વિારાની જરૂરીયાત ર્ુજબના વાહનો
કરારનાર્ાં અનુસાર ર્ંજુર થયેિ ભાવો ર્ુજબ જ સર્યસર “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ને ફાળવવાના રહેશ.ે જે

બાબતે “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” દ્વારા ઇજારદારશ્રીને બે કદવસ અગાઉની જાર્ કરવાર્ાં આવશે. જે
ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ રહેશે.
૨૭.૦ જાહેર નનનવદા અનુસાર વાર્ર્મક કરાર ર્ુજબ ભાડેથી વાહનો આપવા અંગેના એક અથવા બિાજ ભાવો કોઇ પર્ જાતનું
કારર્ આપ્યા નસવાય ર્ંજુર કે ના ર્ંજુર કરવાની અબાનિત સત્તા “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ની રહેશે.
૨૮.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહન સંજોગોવશાત જ્ગયારે ગુજરાત રાજ્ગયની બહાર િઈ જવાર્ાં આવે
ત્યારે નનયર્ અનુસાર ભરવાર્ાં આવેિ ટેક્ષનું અનિકૃત ચિર્ કે નબિ અસિર્ાં જે તે સર્યનાં નબિ સાથે ઇજારદારશ્રીએ
રજુ કરવાનું રહેશે. અને જે અંગન
ે ું ચુકવણં “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” દ્વારા ભરપાઈ કરવાર્ાં આવશે. પરંતુ
ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનોનાં દસ્તાવેજ બાબતે કે અન્ય કોઇ દંડનીય રકર્ બાબતે ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ચુકવવાર્ા
આવેિ રકર્ “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” દ્વારા ભરપાઈ કરવાર્ાં આવશે નહી. જે ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ રહેશે.
૨૯.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનો બાબતે કરારનાર્ાની જોગવાઇ અનુસાર જે ઇજારદારશ્રીનાં ભાવો
ર્ંજુર કરવાર્ાં આવે તે ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” વતી અપાયેિ વાહનો ફાળવવા અંગેની
સુચનાનો ર્ેસજ
ે ર્ેળવવા સતત ૨૪ કિાક ચાિુ હોય તેવા સંપકમ ફોન નંબરની અથવા ર્ોબાઇિ નંબરની વ્યવસ્થા
ઉપિબ્િ કરી “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ને િેનખતર્ાં જાર્ કરવાની રહેશે અને જે ર્ુજબ અપાયેિ સુચના ર્ેસેજ
અનુસાર બે કિાક સુિીર્ાં કે નનયત કરેિ સર્યે અને સ્થળે જરૂરીયાત ર્ુજબના વાહનો ઉપિબ્િ કરારવવાની જવાબદારી
ઇજારદારશ્રીની રહેશે અને સદરહુ ં ર્ેસેજ અનુસાર ઇજારદારશ્રી નનયત સર્યે અને સ્થળે ભાડેથી વાહન ફાળવવાર્ાં નનષ્ફળ
જશે તો “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” દ્વારા વૈકનલ્પક વ્યવસ્થાના િોરર્ે ઉપિબ્િ કરાયેિ વાહન અંગે ખરેખર થયેિ
ખચમની કે વાહન અંગન
ે ી ગેરહાજરી બાબતે જે તે રકર્ની વસુિાત ઇજારદારશ્રીનાં નબિર્ાંથી કપાત કરવાર્ાં આવશે જે
અંગે “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” નો છે વટનો નનર્મય ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ રહેશ.ે
૩૦.૦ સદરહુ ં કરારનાર્ા અનુસાર ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનોનો ર્ુસાફરી નવસ્તાર સાર્ાન્યત: ગુજરાતર્ાં ર્ુસાફરી
નવસ્તાર તરીકે ગર્વાર્ાં િેવાયેિ છે . જે ઇજારદારશ્રીને કરારનાર્ા અનુસાર બંિનકતામ રહેશ.ે સંજોગોવસાત અન્ય સ્થળની
ર્ુસાફરી કરવાની થાય તો ઇજારદારશ્રીને કોઇ વિારાનો ચાજમ ચુકવવાર્ાં આવશે નહી.
૩૧.૦ સદરહુ ં કરારનાર્ા અનુસાર ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનોના ઇજારદારશ્રીએ ર્ંજુર કાયદા નનયર્-૧૯૭૦ અન્વયે
સુચનાઓનો અર્િ કરવાનો રહેશે અને િગત વાહનના દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા નબિ સાથે અચુક રજુ કરવાના રહેશ.ે આ
કાર્ગીરી ર્ાટે ઈજારદારે િેબર (રેગ્યુિેશન એન્ડ એબોિીશન) એકટ—૧૯૭૦ તથા તે હેઠળ—૧૯૭૨ નાં ગુજરાત
નનયર્ોની જોગવાઈઓ તથા કાર્દાર વળતર અનિનનયર્—૧૯૨૩ તથા તે હઠળનાં નનયર્ોની જોગવાઈઓ અનુસાર
ઈજારદારે રોકેિા ડ્રાઈવરો/કાર્દારો નાં કાયદેસરના નહતોની રક્ષા કરવાની તેર્જ પ્રસ્તુત કાયદા અને નનયર્ો હેઠળ રોકાયેિ
સુનવિા/સગવડો ઉપિબ્િ કરવાનો પ્રાથનર્ક અને વૈિાનનક જવાબદારી કાર્ે રાખનાર જે તે ઈજારદારશ્રીની રહેશ.ે અને આ
કાર્ગીરી દરમ્યાન કાર્દારોને થતાં અકસ્ર્ાતથી શારીકરક ઈજા થાય તો તે અંગન
ે ી સઘળી જવાબદારી વળતર સનહતની
ઈજારદારશ્રીની રહેશ.ે
૩૨.૦ સંજોગોવસાત ગુજરાત સરકાર / કેન્ર સરકાર દ્વારા જાહેર થયેિ કુદરતી આપનત્તજે વી કે પુર, િરતીકંપ, વાવાઝોડુ,ં યુધ્િ,
રાષ્ટ્રીય કટોકટી જે વા સર્યર્ાં કરારનાર્ા ભંગનો અર્િ િાગુ પાડવાર્ાં આવશે નહી અને જે બન્ને ભાડે ફાળવનાર / ભાડે
િેનારને બંિનકતામ રહેશ.ે પરંતુ પુર, િરતીકંપ, વાવાઝોડુ,ં યુધ્િ, રાષ્ટ્રીય કટોકટીર્ાં વાહન આપવાનું થાય તો શરત નં.૨૬
ર્ુજબ અસરગ્રસ્ત અન્ય નવસ્તાર ર્ાટે વાહન આપવાનું રહેશે.
૩૩.૦ સદરહુ ં કરારનાર્ા અનુસાર કોઇ કારર્ોસર ર્તભેદ પડે તો તે અંગન
ે ા “િવાદ” બાબતે “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી”
ના િગત ર્ુખ્ય ઇજનેરશ્રી િવાદ નક્કી કરશે અને “અંનતર્ િવાદી ” તરીકેનો નનર્મય આખરી ગર્ાશે અને િવાદ
પધ્િતીના િવાદી એક્ટ -૧૪૦ ના પ્રવતમર્ાન નનયર્ અનુસાર િવાદ દ્વારા નક્કી થયેિ નનયત સ્થળે તકરારના આખરી
નનર્મયની સુનાવર્ી થશે અને િવાદ દ્વારા િેવાયેિ બાબતનો આખરી નનર્મય ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ રહેશે.
૩૪.૦ ભાવપત્રક સાથે બાનાની રકર્ રૂ. ૨૨,૦૦૦/- નો રાષ્ટ્રીયકૃત બેંક - એનક્સસ બેંક, એયુ સ્ર્ોિ ફાઈનાન્સ બેંક, બંિન
બેંક,બી.એન.પી બેંક, સીટી યુનનયન બેંક,સી.એસ.બી બેંક, ડી.એસ.બી બેંક ઈનન્ડયા નિનર્ટેડ, ડી.સી.બી બેંક,ઇક્વાઇટસ

સીક્યુરીટી ડીપોઝીટ કરારનાર્ાની જોગવાઇ અનુસાર એક ર્ાસના દરેક ભાડાના વાહનના ભાડાની રકર્નો ઉપર
જર્ાવેિ બેંકર્ાંથી ઇસ્યુ કરેિ એફ.ડી.આર. (૩ વર્મની ર્ુદતની ) નર્મદા શ્રીનનિી કાર્ શરૂ કરતા પહેિા દ્વારા નર્મદા
નનગર્ હેઠળના કાયમપાિક ઇજનેરશ્રીની તરફેર્ર્ાં અચુક રજુ કરવાની રહેશે.
૩૫.૦ ભાવપત્રકર્ાં ભાવ ર્ાંગ્યા ર્ુજબના એકર્ દીઠ તેર્જ જર્ાવેિ પ્રકારના વાહનના જ ભાવ સ્પષ્ટ આંકડાર્ાં દશામવવાના
રહેશે.
૩૬.૦ ઉપરોક્ત શરતો નસવાય વિારાની કોઇપર્ શરત ટેન્ડર સાથે ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ર્ુકવાર્ાં આવશે તો તે શરતો “સરદાર
સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” દ્વારા ધ્યાનર્ાં િેવાર્ાં આવશે નહી અને ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા આવી કોઇ શરતો સનહતનાં
ભાવ ભરવાર્ાં આવશે તો સદરહુ ં શરતી ટેન્ડર એક તરફી રદ થવાને પાત્ર પાત્ર રહેશ.ે
૩૭.૦ કરારનાર્ાની જોગવાઇ ર્ુજબ ઉપરોક્ત શરતો ર્ુજબના કરારનું યોગ્ય રીતે ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા પાિન કરવાર્ાં નહી આવે
અથવા તો ઉપરોક્ત શરતોનો વારંવાર ભંગ કરવાર્ાં આવશે તો સદરહુ ં કરારને એક તરફી રદ કરવાની અબાિીત સત્તા
“સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ને રહેશ.ે અને જે અંગે “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” નો નનર્મય આખરી રહેશ.ે
જે ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ રહેશ.ે
૩૮.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાવપત્રકર્ાં દશામવિ
ે “ઓફર” ભાવપત્રક ખોલ્યા તારીખથી ૧૨૦ કદવસ સુિી ખુલ્િી / ર્ંજુર
રાખવાર્ાં આવશે.
૩૯.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહનર્ાં “પ્રાથનર્ક ઉપચાર બોક્ષ” (First Aid Kit) સુસજ્ગજ કંડીશનર્ાં
રાખવાની જવાબદારી ઇજારદારશ્રીની રહેશ.ે વાહનર્ાં પાર્ીનો જગ ગ્િાસ વગેરે રાખવાના રહેશ.ે ડ્રાયવરે યુનનફોર્મ
પહેરવાનો રહેશે. સદર યુનનફોર્મ ઇજારદારશ્રી એ અગાઉથી ર્ંજુર કરાવવાનો રહેશે.
૪૦.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ભાડેથી ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ દરેક વાહનની “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” દ્વારા આપવાર્ાં
આવેિ નનયત િોગબુકની વિારાની િોગબુક ઇજારદારશ્રીએ નનભાવવાની રહેશ,ે અને જે તે િગત ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર
અનિકારીશ્રી / ઇન્ડેન્ટીંગ અનિકારી દ્વારા ર્ુસાફરી / સર્ય/ કક.ર્ી. અંગે પ્રર્ાનર્ત કરાવી જે તે સર્યના નબિ સાથે અચુક
રજુ કરવાની જવાબદારી ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ રહેશ.ે
૪૧.૦ ભાવપત્રક સાથે ઇજારદાર /ભાગીદાર પેઢી/નિર્ીટેડ કંપની /ખાનગી કંપની / પાટમનર શીપ /સ્વતંત્ર પેઢી અંગે ભાવપત્રકર્ાં
સહી કરનારી ક્ષર્તા / સત્તા અંગન
ે ા દ્સ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સ્પષ્ટપર્ે ઉલ્િેખ કરી ભાવપત્રક સાથે અચુકપર્ે સાર્ેિ કરવાનાં
રહેશે.
૪૨.૦ ઠેકેદાર ભાડાના વાહનનું બીિ પ્રત્યેક ર્ાસે ત્રર્ નકિર્ાં આપવાનું રહેશ.ે જે નું પેર્ેન્ટ બીિ આપ્યા પછી ફંડ ઉપિબ્િ થયે
કરવાર્ાં આવશે. બીિના ચુકવર્ાના નવિંબ અંગે કોઇ દાવો થઈ શક્શે નહી.
૪૩.૦ એકજ ર્ુખ્ય ર્થકના અન્ય કચેરી સાથે જોડાયેિ અન્ય ઓકફસના કાર્ ર્ાટે અન્ય ઓકફસની દેખરેખ હેઠળ વાહન
વપરાશની ફેરબદિી કરવાની સત્તા વાપરનાર અનિકારશ્રીની રહેશ.ે
૪૪.૦ ર્ુખ્ય ઇજનેરશ્રી, “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ગાંિીિાર્ની કચેરી દ્વારા ટેન્ડરના સૌથી ઓછા ભાવે ર્ંજુર
કરવાર્ાં આવ્યા બાદ, જે ઠેકેદારશ્રીના ભાવો સૌથી નીચા હશે, તે નસવાયના અન્ય ઠેકેદારશ્રીઓને તેઓએ ભરેિ
ઇ.એર્.ડી. (બાના) ની રકર્ નનયર્ો અનુસાર પરત કરવાર્ાં આવશે.
૪૫.૦ જે ઠેકેદારશ્રીના ભાવો ર્ંજુર થયા હશે, તેઓએ ભરેિ ઇએર્ડી ની રકર્ સીક્યોરીટી કડપોઝીટર્ાં ફેરબદિ કરવાર્ાં આવશે.
નનયર્ાનુસાર જો વિારાની નસક્યોરીટી ડીપોઝીટ ભરવાની થશે, તો ઠેકેદારશ્રીએ એગ્રીર્ેન્ટ કરતી વખતે ભરવાની રહેશ.ે
૪૬.૦ કોન્રાકટના સર્ય ગાળા દરમ્યાન જો ઠેકેદારશ્રી કાર્ અિુરૂ છોડી ર્ૂકીને જાય અથવા વાહન જરૂરીયાત ર્ુજબ પુરા ના પાડી
શકે અથવા કોઇપર્ શરતનો ભંગ કરે તો તેઓની સીક્યોરીટી ડીપોઝીટ જપ્તીને પાત્ર થશે.
૪૭.૦ વાહન ભાડે આપનાર અથવા કે ડ્રાઇવર “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” નો કોઇપર્ પ્રકારનો કર્મચારી ગર્ાશે નહી કે
આ ર્ાટે ભનવષ્યર્ાં કોઇ દાવો કે નવવાદ સ્વીકારવાર્ાં આવશે નહી.
૪૮.૦ આ કરાર અંગે ઇન્ડેમ્નીટી બોન્ડ રૂ. ૫૦૦/- ના સ્ટેમ્પ પેપર પર એગ્રીર્ેન્ટ ઓડમરના અર્િ થવા પહેિા રજુ કરવાનું રહેશ.ે

૪૯.૦ કોઇ પર્ સંજોગોર્ાં વાહન/ ડ્રાઇવરની બદિી વખતે જે તે અનિકારીશ્રીની ર્ંજુરી િેવી જરૂરી છે . ડ્રાઇવરે અન્ય ફરજોનું
પાિન કરવાનું રહેશે જે વી કે પરચુરર્ ર્ાિસર્ાન ફેરવવા તેર્જ ડ્રાઇવર નસવાય બહારની અન્ય નબનઅનિકૃત વ્યનક્તને
ગાડીર્ાં બેસાડવાના રહેશે નહી.
૫૦.૦ ડ્રાઇવરે િંચ બોક્ષ સાથે રાખવાનું રહેશે અને તેને િંચ બ્રેક અિગથી આપવાર્ાં આવશે નહી.
૫૧.૦ ડ્રાઇવરે શારીરીક રીતે સક્ષર્ હોવા જરૂરી છે . ડ્રાઇવરની ઉર્ર ૨૧ વર્મથી ૫૫ વર્મ સુિીની હોવી જરૂરી છે . તેર્જ વ્યસનો
િરાવતો ન હોવો જોઇએ.
૫૨.૦ ટેન્ડર િેનાર વ્યનક્તના કોઇપર્ કર્મચારીના નજીકના સગા નથી તે બાબતનું પ્રર્ાર્પત્ર આપવાનું રહેશે. વાહનના ડ્રાયવરે
નનગર્ના અનિકારી /કર્મચારી સાથે સૌજન્યપૂવકમ વ્યવહાર કરવાનો રહેશે અને રજા નસવાય કાયમ સ્થળ છોડવુ નહી.
૫૩.૦ વાહન ભાડે આપવાના ભાવ ભરવાર્ાં આવનાર ર્ાિ સર્ાન, ડ્રાઇવરનો પગાર, ર્ેન્ટેનન્સ તથા તર્ાર્ કરવેરા, સનવસમ
ટેક્સ સહીતના ભરવાના રહેશ.ે અત્રેની કચેરીએથી “પી.” ફોર્મ આપવાર્ાં આવશે નહી.
૫૪.૦ રાજ્ગય સરકાર તેર્જ કેન્ર સરકારના જે તે સર્યના પ્રવતમર્ાન નનયર્ો ર્ુજબ આવક વેરો તેર્જ જીએસટી ટેક્સ નવગેરેની

૫૫.૦ ભાવ પત્રક નનગર્ દ્વારા નક્કી થયેિ પત્રકર્ાં નક્કી કરેિ સ્થળે / કચેરીએ, નનયત સર્યર્ાં ઓન િાઇન ર્ોકિવાના રહેશે.
તેર્જ આવેિ ભાવપત્રક ટેન્ડરર્ાં જર્ાવેિ તારીખના રોજ હાજર રહેિ ઇજારદારશ્રી / ભાગીદારી પેઢીના પ્રનતનનનિની
હાજરીર્ાં અથવા NPROCURE-અર્દાવાદ ખાતે ખોિવાર્ાં આવશે.
૫૬.૦ વાહનના ડ્રાઇવર જે તે કચેરીના ર્ુખ્ય ર્થકની આસપાસ રહેતા હોવા જોઇએ.
૫૭.૦ ઇજારદારશ્રીએ પુરૂ પડેિ વાહન કચેરી સર્યપછી પર્ કચેરીના કંપાઉન્ડર્ાં રાખવાનું રહેશે. જો ભાડે આપેિ વાહન
નબનઅનિકૃત રીતે કચેરીના પ્રનતનનિી નસવાય અન્ય હેતુથી ઉપયોગ કરતો હશે તેવા સંજોગોર્ાં ઉપનસ્થત થનાર પ્રચનો
ર્ાટે નનગર્ જવાબદાર રહેશે નહી. તથા જે તે કકિોર્ીટર નબિર્ાંથી બાદ કરવાર્ાં આવશે.
૫૮.૦ વાહનના ડ્રાઇવરે નનગર્ના અનિકારી / કર્મચારી સાથે કોઇ પર્ જાતની તકરાર નવવાદ કરવો નહી અને અનિકારી /
કર્મચારીની સુચનાનું ચુસ્તપાિન કરવાનું રહેશ,ે વ્યસની / નબર્ાર ડ્રાયવરને તાત્કાિીંક હટાવી નવા ડ્રાયવરની વ્યવસ્થા
કોન્રાકટરે કરવાની રહેશ.ે
૫૯.૦ ઈજારદાર દ્વારા ફાળવેિ વાહન/વાહનો કોઈપર્ સંજોગોર્ાં કાયમપાિક ઈજનેર ની િેનખત ર્ંજૂરી નવના ફેરબદિ કરવા
નહી. જો કાયમપાિક ઈજનેર વાહન/વાહનો ની ફેરબદક કરવા િેનખત ર્ંજૂરી આપે તો ફેરબદિીથી ફાળવનારુ વાહન જે
તે સર્યે નવું જ હોવું જોઈએ. ( ઉદાહરર્ તરીકે િારો કે એપ્રીિ-૨૦૨૪ ર્ાં વાહન ફાળવવાની કાર્ગીરી XVY
ઈજારદારને ફાળવવાર્ાં આવે છે , અને ઈજારદાર દ્વારા સદર કર્ગીરી ર્ાટે એપ્રીિ-૨૦૨૪ ર્ાં કરારખત ર્ુજબ નવું જ
વાહન/વાહનો આપવાર્ાં આવે છે , પરંતુ સંજોગોવસાત/આકનસ્ર્ક કારર્ો સર ર્ાચમ-૨૦૨૬ ર્ાં કોઈ એક વાહન કે
બિાજ વાહનો ની ફેરબદિ કરવાની જરૂરીયાત ઉભી થાય અને કાયમપાિક ઈજનેર આ ફેરબદિ કરવાની િેનખતર્ાં ર્ંજૂરી
આપે તો તે સર્યે ફેરબદિીથી ફળવવાર્ાં આવનાર વાહન/વાહનો ર્ાચમ-૨૦૨૬ ર્ોડિના હોવા જોઈએ એટિે કે જે તે
સર્યે નવાં જ હોવા જોઈએ, નહી કે કરારખત કયામ તારીખ એટિે કે એપ્રીિ -૨૦૨૪ નાં ) જો ઈજારદાર દ્વારા આ
સુચનાનું પાિન કરવાર્ાં આવશે નહી તો તાત્કાનિક કરાર રદ કરવાનો કાયમપાિક ઈજનેરનો અનિકાર અબાનિત રહેશ.ે
અને તેર્ાં ઈજારદારની કોઈપર્ દિીિ ગ્રાહ્ય રાખવાર્ાં આવશે નહી.
• આર.ટી.ઓ ના નનયર્ો, પાહસંગ, નવર્ો, પીયુસી, વગેરન
ે ી સંપુર્મ જવાબદારી કોન્રાકટરની રહેશે.
• વાહનનો નવર્ો થડમ પાટી વીર્ા સાથેનો ફુિ વીર્ો હોવો જોઇએ.
• તકરાર / નવવાદ વખતે સકમિ હેડ / નનગર્નો નનર્મય આખરી રહેશ,ે જે કોન્રાકટરને બંિનકતામ રહેશ.ે
• વાહનચાિકે પોતાનું ર્ેકડકિ સર્ટમકફકેટ રજુ કરવાનું રહેશે.
• જે તે સર્યે સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા પ્રનસદ્િ કરવાર્ાં આવતી ગાઈડ િાઈનનું ચુસ્તપર્ે પાિન કરવાનું રહેશે.
• ઉપરોક્ત શરતો અર્ોને ર્ાન્ય છે .

વાહન ભાડે રાખવાની વિારેિ અને સુિારેિ શરતો અને બોિીઓ

૧.૦ નીચે જર્ાવેિ કચેરીના રોજીંદા કાર્કાજ જે ર્ કે કેનાિ સાઇટ પર જવું અન્ય કચેરીની ર્ુિાકાત િેવી, વગેરે નનગર્ની
કાર્ગીરી ર્ાટે નીચે જર્ાવેિ નવગતો પ્રર્ાર્ે વાહન વાર્ર્મક ભાડેથી રાખવાના છે .
૨.૦ ભાડે રાખવાના વાહન / વાહનોની નવગત નીચે ર્ુજબ છે .
(ક) વાહનનો પ્રકાર : Mahindra Scorpio (BS6) કે તેને સર્કક્ષ પ્રકારનું તથા તેની ઉપરની કક્ષાનું (અનિક્ષક ઇજનેરશ્રી
ર્ાટે)
(ખ) વાહનનું આયુષ્ય : વાહન વકમ ઓડમર સર્યે નવું અને ઉક્ત જર્ાવેિ ર્હહંરા સ્કોર્પમયો (ર્ોડિ-એસ) (BS6) કે તેને
સર્કક્ષ પ્રકારનું તથા તેની ઉપરની કક્ષાનું જ હોવું જોઇએ..
(ગ) વાહનનો ર્ાનસક વપરાશ : ૨૬૦૦ કી.ર્ી. પ્રનત ર્ાસ.
(ઘ) વાહનની બેઠક ક્ષર્તા : ૫+૧ (અથવા અનિક્ષક ઇજનેરશ્રીની જરૂકરયાત ર્ુજબ)
(ચ) વાહનની સંખ્યા : ૧ (એક)
(છ) વાહન એસી કે નોન એસી : એસી
૩.૦ ભાવ ભરનાર ઇજારદારે તેના ભાવ પત્રકની સાથે રૂ. ૨૨,૦૦૦/- (અંકે રૂ. બાવીસ હજાર પુરાં) અનેસ્ટ ર્ની ડીપોઝીટ તરીકે

૪.૦ ભાવો ર્ંજુર થયેથી ઇજારદાર દ્વારા જો ઓફર સ્વીકારવાર્ાં નહી આવે તો અનેસ્ટ ર્નીની રકર્ જપ્ત કરવાર્ાં આવશે
અને ઇજારદારની નનગર્ની “સરદાર સરોવર નર્મદા નનગર્ િી” ની આ કચેરી અથવા અન્ય કોઇ કચેરીને વાહન ભાડે
રાખવા અંગન
ે ી ઓફર સ્વીકારવાર્ાં આવશે નહી.
૫.૦ ઇજારદાર દ્વારા ભરવાર્ાં આવેિ ભાવ ૧૨૦ કદવસ સુિી ર્ાન્ય રહેશે. આ સર્ય દરમ્યાન ઇજારદાર તેની ઓફર પાછી
ખેંચી શકશે નહી અથવા તો તેર્ાં કોઇ સુિારો કરી શકશે નહી.
૬.૦ સીક્યુરીટી ડીપોઝીટ કરારનાર્ાની જોગવાઇ અનુસાર અંદાજીત રકર્ના ૧૦% (ટકા) (અંકે રૂ. ૨,૧૪,૦૦૦/- પુરા)
(૨.૫% સીક્યુરીટી ડીપોઝીટ (અંકે રૂ. ૫૩,૫૦૦/-), ૫% બેંક ગેરંટી સ્વરૂપે (અંકે રૂ. ૧,૦૭,૦૦૦/-) અને ૨.૫%

૭.૦ ભાડે આપવાના થતા વાહન બાબતની શરતો.

ભાડે આપવાર્ાં આવતા વાહન સાથે નીચે ર્ુજબના દસ્તાવેજો રજુ કરવાના રહેશ.ે
(ક) વાહનનું રજીસ્રેશન પ્રર્ાર્પત્ર (આર.સી.બુકની નકિ)
(ખ) વાહનની વીર્ા પોિીસી (પૂર્મ બીિો હોવો જોઇએ.)
(ગ) વાહનનું ટેક્ષી પાસીંગ / ર્ેક્ષી પાસીંગ.
(ઘ) વાહનચાિકનું િાયસન્સ (સક્ષર્ કક્ષાની ખાનગી ગાડી ચિાવવાની RTO તરફથી ર્ળેિ પરનર્ટ) અને ડ્રાયવરનું નાર્ અને
સરનાર્ુ.ં
(ચ) વાહનનું પી.યુ.સી. પ્રર્ાર્પત્ર.
૮.૦ વાહન ભાડે આપનાર ઇજારદારશ્રીની જવાબદારીઓ
(ક) વાહનના બિા દસ્તાવેજો (દા.ત. વીર્ો, પાસીંગ, પી.યુ.સી. નવગેરે) અધ્યતન રાખવાની જવાબદારી ઇજારદારશ્રીની રહેશે.
(ખ) વાહનર્ાં આયુષ્ય પુરા થઈ ગયેિા અને બદિવાના થતા પાટમસ તાત્કાિીક બદિવાના રહેશ.ે દા.ત. ટાયર-ટ્યુબ, બેટરી વગેરે
વાહનને સંપર્
ૂ મ રીતે ચાિુ હાિતર્ાં રાખવાનું રહેશે.
(ગ) વાહનને િગતો કોઇપર્ પ્રકારનો ટેક્ષ અથવા વીર્ો ભરવાની જવાબદારી ઇજારદારશ્રીની રહેશે.
(ઘ) રાફીક નનયર્ોના ભંગ નો જો કોઇ કકસ્સો બને તો તેના દંડની રકર્ ઇજારદારે ભોગવવાની રહેશ.ે
(ચ) ર્ુસાફરી દરમ્યાન રસ્તાર્ાં આવતા પુિ / રસ્તા અંગેનો ટોિ ટેક્ષ પાકીંગ ફી વગેરે નનયર્ોનુસાર ભરવાની થતી ફી રકર્ નનગર્
દ્વારા ભરવાર્ાં આવશે, (શરત ૨૫ ર્ુજબ)
(છ) ર્ંજુર થયેિ ર્ાનસક ભાડાની રકર્ર્ાં ડીઝિના વતમર્ાન બજારભાવ રૂ.૯૨.૨૫ પૈસા પ્રનત નિટરનો સર્ાવેશ થાય છે .
ત્યારબાદ સંજોગોવશાત ડીઝિના ભાવર્ાં રૂ. ૩.૦૦ પ્રનત િીટરનો અથવા તેનાથી વિુ વિારો કે ઘટાડો થાય તો ર્ંજુર
થયેિ ભાવર્ાં ખરેખર થયેિ ર્ુસાફરીને અનુિક્ષીને પ્રત્યેક ૧૩ કી.ર્ી. / િીટર દીઠ સરેરાશ વપરાશ ધ્યાને િઈ વિારા /
ઘટાડાની રકર્ બાબતે ચુકવર્ી / વસુિાત કરવાર્ાં આવશે. તફાવતની ગર્ત્રી ર્ાટે ડીઝિ ભાવ ર્ાટે ભાવ ઇજારદાર
દ્વારા ફાળવેિ વાહનર્ાં કડઝિ ભરાવ્યા બાબતના નબિ પરથી ધ્યાનર્ાં િેવાર્ાં આવશે. જે ઇજારદારશ્રીને બંિનકતામ
રહેશે. અન્ય કોઇ પર્ ચીજ વસ્તુઓના ભાવ જે વી કે ટાયર ટ્યુબ, ઓઇિ તથા સ્પેર પાટ્સમ ઇત્યાકદ નવગેરન
ે ો ભાવ વિારો
આપવાર્ાં આવશે નહી.
(જ) ભાડે રાખવાના થતા દરેક વાહનર્ાં ફસ્ટમ એઇડ બોક્ષ ફરનજયાત પર્ે રાખવી. આ સાથે સાર્ેિ વાહન વ્યવહાર,
કનર્શનરશ્રીના તા. ૧૧/૦૬/૨૦૧૦ ના પત્ર દ્વારા આપવાર્ાં આવેિ ફસ્ટમ એઇડ બોક્ષ અંગેની સુચનાનું ચુસ્ત પર્ે
પાિન કરવુ.ં
(ઝ) કરારના સર્યગાળા દરમ્યાન કચેરીની જરૂકરયાત ર્ુજબના ટેન્ડરર્ાં દશામવેિ વાહનો નસવાય વિારાના વાહનોની જરૂકરયાત
જર્ાશે તો આપના દ્વારા સદર વાહનો ટેન્ડરર્ાં જર્ાવેિ ભાવે ટેન્ડરની શરતો અનુસાર વાહનો પુરા પાડવાના રહેશ.ે
ટેન્ડરર્ાં જર્ાવેિ વાહનો ઉપરાંતના વિારાના વાહનો કદન ૧૦ ર્ાં પુરા પાડવાના રહેશે.
• (ટ) જે તે સર્યે સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા પ્રનસદ્િ કરવાર્ાં આવતી ગાઈડ િાઈનનું ચુસ્તપર્ે પાિન કરવાનું રહેશે.

૯.૦ સેવાની શરતો

(ક) વાહનની િોગબુક : વાહનની િોગબુક વાહન ચિાવનાર ડ્રાયવર દ્વારા નનભાવવાની રહેશ.ે કદવસના અંતે ર્ુસાફરી વાહન
વાપરનાર અનિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા પ્રર્ાનર્ત કરવાની રહેશ.ે ર્નહનાના અંતે િોકબુક સાથે બીિ ત્રર્ નકિર્ાં બનાવી પેર્ન્ે ટ
ર્ાટે સાદર કરવાનું રહેશ.ે બીિનું ર્ેળવણં િોગબુક સાથે કયામ બાદ એન્જીનીયર ઇન ચાજમ બીિ ચુકવર્ીની કાયમવાહી
કરશે.
(ખ) વાહન સાર્ાન્ય રીતે કદવસના ૧૨ કિાક વાપરવાર્ાં આવશે. આર્ છતા સંજોગોવશાત ૧૨ કિાક થી વિુ વાહન વપરાય તો
ઇજારદાર તરફથી કોઇ વાંિો ઉઠાવી શકાશે નહી. સાર્ાન્ય સંજોગોર્ાં રનવવારે રજા રાખવાર્ાં આવશે.
(ગ) જો ઇજારદાર તરફથી ર્ાંગર્ી અનુસાર વાહનો પુરા ના પાડી શકાય તો રૂ. ૨૦૦૦/- પ્રનત કદવસ પ્રર્ાર્ે દંડનીય રકર્ વસુિ
કરવાર્ાં આવશે.
(ઘ) વાહનનો ઉપયોગ એન્જીનીયર ઇન ચાજમ ની સુચના અનુસાર કોઇપર્ પ્રકારના રસ્તા અથવા સ્થળ ર્ાટે કરવાનો રહેશે. તેર્ા
ઇજારદાર દ્વારા જોઇ આનાકાની કરવાની રહેશે નહી.
(ચ) ર્ુસાફરી દરમ્યાન કોઇ રીપેરીંગ કરવાની આવશ્યકતા જર્ાય તો ઇજારદારે તુરતજ આવા પ્રકારનું રીપેરીંગ તેઓના ખચે કરવાનું
રહેશે. જો આવા રીપેરીંગ પાછળ વિુ સર્ય જશે તેવું જર્ાય તો ઇજારદારે અન્ય વાહનની સગવડ કરવાની રહેશે.
(છ) ઇજારદાર /ડ્રાઇવર દ્વારા વાહનની રોજ જરૂરી યોગ્ય સાફ-સફાઇ અંદર તેર્જ બહારથી ર્ુસાફરી કરનાર અનિકારીને સંતોર્
થાય તેવી કરવાની રહેશ.ે વાહનર્ાં કોઇપર્ પ્રકારની ગંદકી/કચરો/અન્ય નબનજરૂરી સાર્ાન કોઇપર્ સંજોગોર્ાં ચિાવી
િેવાર્ાં આવશે નનહ.
(જ) કાયમપાિક ઈજનેરશ્રી, ક.શા.ન.નવ.૨/૬ દ્વારા જ્ગયારે પર્ જરૂર જર્ાયેથી એક અથવા બિા વાહનો નક્કી કરેિ સર્ય ર્ાટે
બંિ કરી નાંખવાર્ાં આવશે. આ બંિ સર્યગાળા દરનર્યાન ઈજાદારને કોઈ પર્ પ્રકારનું વળતર ચૂકવવાર્ાં આવશે નનહ,
તેર્જ ઈજાદાર આ બંિ સર્યગાળા ર્ાટે વળતર બાબતે હક કે દાવો કરી શકશે નનહ.
૧૦.૦ નીચેના સંજોગોર્ાં કરાર રદ કરવાને પાત્ર થશે.

(અ) ઇજારદાર દ્વારા અવારનવાર વાહનો અનનયનર્ત ફાળવવાર્ાં આવતા હોય.
(બ) અનિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા ધ્યાન દોરવાર્ાં આવેિ હોવા છતાં સારી હાિતર્ાં વાહન રાખવાર્ાં ન આવતું હોય.
(ક) ડ્રાયવરની વતુમર્ક સારી નશસ્તભરી ન જર્ાંતી હોય.
(ડ) ઇજારદારશ્રી દ્વારા ફાળવવાર્ાં આવેિ વાહન કોઇ ગુનાર્ાં સંડોવાયેિ ન હોવું જોઇએ. આર્ છતા આવી કોઇ બીના ધ્યાન
ઉપર આવશે તો ઇજારદારના કરાર રદ થવાને પાત્ર રહેશે.
(ઈ) ઇજારાના સર્ય દરમ્યાન વાહનર્ાં કોઇ ગેરકાયદેસર વસ્તુઓની હેરાફેરી કરી શકાશે નહી. આર્ છતાં આવી ઘટના બનશે તો
નનગર્ની જવાબદારી રહેશે નહી અને કરાર રદ કરવાર્ાં આવશે.

Sir,
1.0 Having examined the details given in the invitation to Bidder for qualification
and brief note, the condition of contract, Specification, and bill of quantities and
Nos. ……… for the execution of above named work, we the undersigned, offer
to execute and complete such works and remedy any defects therein in
conformity with the conditions of contract, Specifications, Bill of Quantities and
quoted amount in accordance with the said conditions.
2.0 We hereby certify that all the statements made and information supplied in the
enclosed Annexure I to VI and accompanying statements are true and correct.
3.0 We have furnished all information and details necessary for qualification and
have no further pertinent information to supply.
4.0 We submit the certified solvency certificate of Rs. 4,30,000/- and authorise
the SARDAR SAROVAR NARMADA NIGAM LIMITED to approach the Bank

issuing the solvency certificate to verify the correctness thereof. We also
authorise, Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited to approach individuals,
employers, firms and Corporation to verify our competency and general
reputation.
We hereby apply for qualification for “ Hiring of New Vehicle for the Use of
office Superintending Engineer, K.B.C. Circle No 1, Gandhidham, on
contract base for the period of Thirty Six months. (1 vehicle for 36
months)”
5.0 We undertake, if our Tender is accepted, to commence the works immediately

after the receipt of the Engineer’s notice to commence, and to complete the
whole of the works comprised in the contract within the time stated in the
Appendix to tender.

6.0 We agree to abide by this Tender for the period of 120 days from the last date
fixed for receiving the same and it shall remain binding upon us and may be
accepted at any time before the expiration of that period.
7.0 We enclose here with fixed Deposit receipt / Bank Guarantee amounting to Rs.
Rs.22,000/- Towards Earnest Money Deposit which is to be absolutely forfeited
by SSNNL should we not Deposit the amount of Security Deposit in tender
specified period.

9.0 Unless and until a formal Agreement is prepared and executed this Tender,

against the contractor for any thing done or omitted to be done in execution of the

demands through or made against the Nigam in respect of work of this contract
agreement shall notify the contractor for the same and the contractor shall conduct
negotiations for settlement of any litigation that may arise there from at his own
expenses.

Annexure –VII
GOODS AND SERVICES TAXES (GST) AND
OTHER TAXES (CENTRAL, STATE & LOCAL)
1.1 The rates quoted by the Contractor shall be deemed to be Exclusive of GST prevailing
as on 30 days prior to submission of bid wherever applicable on goods and services
required for performance of the contract including completed items of work.
1.2 GST leviable for the work (including material component) under the Contract shall be
borne by the Contractor and it shall be reimbursed by the SSNNL
1.3 Contractor must possess valid GST registration number as per provision of GST Act,
Rules, Notifications, Instructions etc. issued by the Government of India/State
Government on the subject matter from time to time and will produce the copy of the
same to Division/other office before issue of work order. In case of Contractor not
liable for registration under GST considering available exemption or having turnover
below threshold limit liable for registration under Act, should give declaration to that
effect along with applicable GST rate for material/services supplied or provided and
the GST shall be deducted under Reverse charge mechanism while making payment to
the Contractor.
Further, if the Contractor is assesses of GST, the Contractor should produce valid GST
clearance certificate/relevant evidences complying GST provisions before the payment
of the final bill, otherwise the final payment to the Contractor shall be withheld. The
contractor even after completion of the work and even if final payment have been
made to him, shall be liable to pay any GST liability.
1.4 As per the provision of GST Act, in applicable cases as may be notified from time to
time, tax will be deducted at source. Provisions of reverse charge under GST Act will be
applied, wherever applicable including case of contractor not having valid GST
Registration number.
1.5 Difference of payment due to any upward revision of GST during the period of contract
shall be borne by the SSNNL. Such tax shall be paid by the Contractor and it will be
reimbursed by the SSNNL upon production and verification of proof of payment and
applicability of relevant provisions of GST. Similarly, in the event of reduction or
abolition of GST on any or all materials purchased by the Contractor or on services
availed for completion of the work under contract and in respect of completed item of
work, the Contractor shall pass on this benefit to the SSNNL. For above purpose, the
Contractor shall produce a certificate from their auditors/ Chartered Accountants/Tax

consultants giving year wise details of purchases, revised rates of GST, quantum of
burden/benefit due to revision of GST etc. along with the proof of payment and other
evidences. The SSNNL will reimburse or recover as the case may be such amount, after
scrutiny of the claim at the time of final payment of the bill.
1.6 The contractor enjoying GST exemption, at the time of submission of tender and / or
at any time during the currency of the contract shall pass on this benefit to the SSNNL.
Contractor shall provide certificate duly signed by their Auditors/ Chartered
Accountant Tax- Consultants before payment of final bill otherwise payment of final
bill shall be withheld.
1.7 If any amount of benefit under GST including input tax credit, if any, is denied or
delayed to SSNNL or any penal charge or interest is imposed due to any non-
compliance by the Contractor, (for example on failure to upload GST Returns or
incorrect disclosure of details on the GSTIN portal or delay/failure to deposit tax
within due dates or due to non-furnishing or furnishing of incorrect/incomplete
documents by the Contractor, wrong determination of rate of tax, nature of supply
etc.), the contractor shall be liable to reimburse the loss which arise to SSNNL on the
aforesaid account. Alternatively, SSNNL reserves the right to withhold the payment of
all the subsequent bills issued by the Contractor and recover such loss from any
outstanding payment.
1.8 Other Taxes (Central, State and Local)
The rate quoted by the contractor shall also be deemed to be inclusive of other Taxes
(Central, State and Local) prevailing as on 30 days prior to submission of bid wherever
applicable.
