1. Scope Of Works
1. Solve out-dated issues that should be finalized as the pre-requisite of in-develop
core-system. It consists of:

Resolving redundant Mitra + SPBU data collection which were extracted from
different Internal Pertamina NFR data source.
Required process and validation of model implementation on defining
available NFR area space, within unpartitioned unit.
2. Develop web application that should be delivered on 2 phases:

1. MVP package which should provides:

An integrated & secured system to connect NFR property data within


required stakeholders.

Record management system that store and log all existing NFR
property data, including; Mitra, Official NFR user, Brand, and Tenant.

Public accessible web system which display list of all actual available
NFR space.

Brand/tenant operation permit administration management


Note:
This backlog item requires Pertamina NFR mitra-portal migration
accomplishment process has to be completed and on "valid
usable data confirmed" status.

2. Enhancement Features which would provides:

Searching feature of NFR property based on required components;


price-range, area-size, region, unit size-cluster
Functionality to posts available NFR space for rent via social-
marketplace sharing system
Integrated-feature to track down and monitor actual tenant's data and
their contracts status
NFR property revenue monitoring function (needs to be confirmed) ??

2. Technical Specification
Deliverable product and services requires some technical process that pointed out and
described as below:

Data mapping schema : data set format, structure, constraints will be defined after
existing mitra-portal assessment meeting(s)

NFR Available Space Listing application requires more hardware resources for
serving all the functionalities by public user (eg : tenant, property agent, etc).
Therefore, it should be recommended to upgrade the application deployment to
new applicable server, with following specification:
