Error Classes The errors are separated into four different error classes. The error class
is evident from the diagnostic message. They are determined with the
drive's error response..
Drive's Error Reaction If an error state is detected in the drive then an automatic operation of
the drive's error response will be started as long the drive is in control.
The H1 display blinks a Fx / xx.
The drive's reaction can be parameterized by P-0-0119, Deceleration as
best as possible, with interface and non-fatal errors. At the end of each
error reaction the drive is switched off.
Reset the Error Errors will not be automatically deleted but must be:
If the error state is still present then the error will be immediately detected
again.
A positive edge bit on the control enable signal is necessary in order to
turn on the drive again.

Procuring a configured Replacement units can be obtained from INDRAMAT in the form of
replacement unit completely configured drive controllers . When ordering, please indicate
• the type designation of the configured drive controller and the
• firmware designation.
The drive controller is then delivered with plug-in modules U1 to U4, and
the software module (U5) plus firmware.
Putting a replacement unit The replacement unit can be put together with the basic unit and the plug-
together in modules. When placing the order or taking it out of a replacement parts
facility, e.g., possibly the customer's own, then
• the type designation of the basic unit and the
• type designation of the plug-in module are needed.
In the case of a self-configured replacement unit, it is not necessary to
order the software module as it can be re-utilized in the replacement. This
means that no adjustments of the replacement are needed.
Procuring a new software It only makes sense to replace a software module if the drive firmware
module has a significant error or the functions are to be expanded with a new
firmware release status.

Motors
A rating plate is mounted on every motor in close proximity to the terminal
box or power connector. Should this rating plate be covered by any part of
the machine, then an additional rating plate could be mounted in a more
visible location on the motor. An additional rating plate is always delivered
with every motor. It is taped over the motor rating plate.
Procuring a replacement motor A replacement motor is ordered from INDRAMAT with the entire type
designation.
