    COMMITMENTS
    Each new machine is equipped with opera­
    tion and maintenance manual. spare parts
    book, conventional parts&common tools.
    SANY service engineers will carry out the
    machine assembly&debugging, operator
    training for each new machine. Customers
    will be served with ?x24 hours. The service
    team will conduct a routine inspection every
    two months. SANY will promote a service
    trip each year.
    SANY has established 780 service stations
    in 102 countries around the world with 900
    SANY service staffs, 2,000 agent service
    staffs and 1,100 service vehicles. There
    are more then 40 spare parts warehouses
    around the world and up to 1.1 billion RMB
