B. Appreciate the value of proper exercise to the efficient and effective
performance in cheer dance.
C. Execute the Hands Movements and Position in Cheer dance.

4.APPLICATION

Activity: Cheer dance Festival

The teacher will divide the class into


three groups. Each group will be going
to perform the hand movements and
position in cheer dance.

Each group will assign a leader and go


in front to pick one envelop. Inside of
this envelop there are list of five hand
movements and position in cheer
dancing that you are going to perform
in front. You are also create your own
yell while performing the hand
movements and position in cheer
dance.

(The teacher will lead a short warm-up)

The students will do the


warm-up.

After the short warm-up, the teacher


will let the students to proceed with
their own group and practice the hand
movements and position in cheer
dance. The students will go to their
respective groups to practice
the Hand movements and
position in cheer dance.

The teacher will present the criteria for


judging the performance of the
students.
