Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is one of our three main businesses and it stands second in the list when we talk about revenue contribution At present,Winsome is associated with 13 clients for PAN India RPO Its clientele has big names like Lupin Pharma, Plethico Pharma, Somani Tiles, Welspun, etc. Winsome operate with a core team of 12 in-house recruiters and 2 Team Leaders It has 8 freelance recruiters with expert skills in specific profile sourcing and head-hunting Winsomes direct sales team and distributor network of its Electronics Business well supports field based sourcing as and when needed Time to time we appoint assignment based Field Sourcing Team for big mandates in profiles such as Sales, Survey, Collection, etc.
About the position:

Freelance Business Development Manager (BDM)
This position is particular to our RPO business Applicant is supposed to have a good network of friends/relatives in HR or Decision making Departments of different organizations He / She will source clients for Winsome Services Winsome Services will help the client to fill their vacant positions by lining-up suitable candidates Winsome has a specialist team in direct sourcing, head-hunting, portal advertising, social media sourcing, etc. Hence BDM is not supposed to search candidates
Introduction
Winsome and you (freelancer) signs an email agreement regarding terms of service, payment clause, etc. (Pls note that email agreements are legal and valid as per Hon. Supreme Court guidelines)
This agreement remains valid for the duration of 1 year from the date of signing.
Revenue: BDM will signup new clients and will be paid 20% of the collected revenue (excluding taxes) from these clients for the duration of one year (as per the agreement between BDM and Winsome)
WORKING PROCEDURE
Business Development Manager (BDM) starts working and approaches a client to offer recruitment services of Winsome If client agrees, BDM contacts Winsome for sending company profile, proposal, terms of service, etc to the client If both the parties, Client and Winsome, agree to the proposal; an agreement will be signed for the duration of one year Client shares the list of open positions with Winsome Winsomes Recruitment Team will search candidates, schedule interviews, take follow-up till final closers Once a candidate joins at client premises, Winsome will raise invoice
Collection will be done once replacement period is completed by the placed candidate
BDM will be paid 20% of collection amount (excluding taxes)
Earning Potential
Our standard sourcing fee is 8.33% of the annual CTC of joined/placed candidate. This comes along with the guarantee of free replacement if candidate leaves within 45 days from the date of joining. Above fee and replacement period can be negotiated subject to the business potential with particular client Hence, your earning goes directly proportional to the revenue of positions given by your client. You will be paid only after we close positions and thereafter receive the amount from your client.This is to prevent cheat BD cases. You will be paid 20% of collection amount from your clients, excluding taxes. Case1: Suppose, if you bring open positions worth Rs. 10 Lacs in a year, and we could close all those positions and successfully collected billed amount from your client. You will receive Rs. 2 Lac by Cheque. Note that all the coordination, sourcing, follow-up was taken care by us once you gave us a client. Case2: Suppose, if out of X number of positions, Winsome closed half positions (A) by its recruitment team and other half (B) was closed by your references (you provided CVs to us); you will be eligible for getting 20% of the collection amount from A positions and 50% of the collection amount from B positions.
You will not be paid..
Incase, client refuse to pay, i.e. Winsome is not getting collection from the client your had referred Incase, candidates who joins the client, if leaves without completing replacement period For, positions received after expiration of one year agreement between you and Winsome
