We write to put you on notice of the antic of one of our dismissed officer in the
name of Comrade Zubairu Itopa Mohammed. Please be advice that any letter
from this officer is of no effect and should not be accorded any recognition.
The Emergency NEC meeting held on 6th January, 2024 has dismissed him from
the services of the Union and as such. He has resolved going round circulating
letters to frozen accounts claiming to be acting as the General Secretary of the
Union.
We have therefore put you on notice so that such correspondence should be

discountenanced. See attached his letter of dismissal from the services of the
Union for a guide.

INTRODUCTION OF NATIONAL TRANSITION COMMITTEE MEMBERS OF

NIGERIA UNION OF AGRICULTURE AND ALLIED EMPLOYEES (NUAAE)
We wish to inform your respected office that the Nigeria Union of agriculture and Allied
Employees (NUAAE) held its Emergency National Executive Council (NEC) meeting on
the 6th January, 2024 and constituted a National Transition Committee in line with Rule
29 of the Union Constitution to manage the affairs of the Union and facilitate smooth
conduct of National Delegates Conference.
The Committee members as listed below was inaugurated on the 15th January, 2024
