    On Monitoring and Evaluation,
    Mazi, Ugochukwu Okoroafor

    Dear Sir,

    We humbly wish to notify you of the grand reception of our brother, son and
    father ‘His Excellency Dr. Alex Chioma Otti’ (Ugwu Aro) to honour his well-
    deserved victory at the last 2023 general election of the state and also at the
    court.
    The event is scheduled on 26th December, 2023, at our family compound, (Ndi
    Oti Alicho Family Compound, Atani, Aro-Chukwu) by 12 noon. The program has
    been designed not to exceed 45 minutes from his arrival to the venue.
    The Agenda of the event is as follows:
    1. Grand reception with 21 local gun shots
    2. Opening prayer
    3. Welcome address by the PG
    4. Decoration of His Excellency and the Wife
    5. Response by His Excellency
    6. Presentation of Gifts to His Excellency
    7. Closing prayer and departure with 7 gun shots.
