    My name is Anushka Patidar and I am from Indore.

    Currently, I am a second year MBA student


    at IIM Rohtak. I have done my graduation in BBA in Oil and Gas Marketing from University of
    Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. I have done 6 internships and live projects across 5
    different industries namely at KSA Enterprises LLP and UOLO Edtech pvt Ltd where I was a
    top performer and in major brands like Pune gas, HPCL , Avail finance and Carrygo shoppers. I
    like taking initiatives and leading teams and thus I have been part of various committees such as
    Head judges and Experts Coordinator, Student Placement Representative, Member of FIPI.
    Apart from this, I have leadership and managerial qualities as I have organized and managed
    various events like Indifun at UURJA, annual fest and event management at Business Conclave.
    I am doing my majors in Marketing and minor in HR and IT. I like playing chess and reading
    novels in my freetime.

    I have had an inclination towards marketing since my undergraduation. I have led and managed
    various events, where I pitched in to our students to register for the event and brought
    sponsorships from various clients for events. I also have done my internships in marketing areas,
    where I met with clients, explained the product to them, persuaded them and it is what I like and
    want to do in my future. My strengths are -

    Listening skills and empathy - I have good listening skills. I enjoy listening to others as I find it
    very interesting as it appears like a story to me. I empathize with others. Even If my friend is
    going to some problem in personal/professional life, I put myself in his/her shoes and then I
    provide them suggestions. So if i get selected in your company and I will consider the company’s
    problems as my own and start working on it thus benefitting the organization in long run.
    Leadership and team management - I was a team leader and have handled a team of 8
    members during in internship tenure at KSA Enterprises LLP. So I assigned work, monitored
    performance, motivated the team and managed them for 2 months and communicated and
    reported to the company’s director. And as a result, I was able to achieve the director’s
    expectations.
    Communication skills and Result driven - I was the top performer in both my summer
    internship at KSA and UOLO Edtech Pvt Ltd. At KSA, I was accountable for my individual
    work/tasks and also the team’s performance. At UOLO, I overachieved my target of getting 3
    demos scheduled per day, I usually transferred 6-7 demos to the demo team and thus I gave
    100+demos within a month whereas the target given was 65.
    Flexible and adaptable - I am a very flexible person. I can adjust wherever I want to. New
    projects, different streams and domains interests me. If given proper training, I can generate
    results in any segment that I am part of. This is because I am inspired by the Darwinian concept -
    Survival of the fittest.
    Creativity - During my interview for a annual fest committee, I was asked to propose a new
    event for the students within 5 minutes. Not only I proposed my own event, Indifun, the idea was
    liked by the judges so much that they actually asked me to conduct the event in the fest, and it
    was a great success as in the very first year, we were able to bring 500 registrations and now the
    legacy of the event is being carried by our juniors
