    AIMS: To actively participate in the activities
    ♥ To know how to put present simple in sentences
    ♥ To use present simple correctly
    ♥ To to use frequency adverbs, (always, usually, sometimes,
    never), correctly in sentences and in speech

    COMPETENȚE SPECIFICE:
    1.1Identificarea unor detalii din mesaje simple articulate clar și rar
    în contexte cunoscute/previzibile
    1.3 Manifestarea interesului pentru înțelegerea de detalii dintr-o va-
    rietate de mesaje orale simple, articulate clar și rar (filme, cântece
    pentru copii etc)
    2.2 Prezentarea unor activități în cadrul unei interacțiuni
    3.1 Identificarea unor detalii din texte simple care conțin informații
    uzuale

    ACTIVITY 1: WARM UP

    AIM: The teacher makes the class comfortable for the lesson to
    begin
    PROCEDURE: The teacher greets the children, presents herself
    and tells them what they are going to do today
    INTERACTION: Teacher- Students
    TIME: 3 minutes

    ACTIVITY 2: CATCHING
    THE ATTENTION
    AIM: The teacher begins with some sentences with the fre-
    quency adverbs.
    PROCEDURE: First, the teacher explains to the children how
    to use the adverbs by using a table 👇🏻, and then we will play a

    TIME: 7 minutes

    ACTIVITY 3: LEAD-IN
    AIM: To introduce the children in today’s lesson
    PROCEDURE: The teacher will introduce today’s lesson by
    presenting a video about routines and where to put the adverbs.

    The teacher asks the children some questions and explain some
    things to make sure they understand the correct form:
    ♥ When do we put the adverbs? (Between subject and action)
    ♥ If it was a sentence like: I am never late. Then we will put the
    adverb after „to be”.

    TIME: 7 minutes

    ACTIVITY 4: EXERCISES
    AIM: To do the exercises from the smartboard and the worksheet.

    PROCEDURE: After the teacher explains and the students under-


    stood, we will do a listening, and each student will receive a peace
    of paper with the sentences from the video.

    There are
    5 boxes. In
    each box are
    one of the
    adverbs and
    they will
    have to tick
    in the box
    they
    con-
    sider,
    next to the
    box with the
    sen-
    tences.
    Then, the
    next exercise in
    also on paper,
    and they have to look at the chart and write the names into the
    paragraphs.
    TIME: 30 minutes

    ACTIVITY 5: CONSOLIDATION
    FOR REVISION
    AIM: To deepen the lesson
    PRODUCEDURE: When they finish, they do another game with
    adverbs from bamboozle with 2 teams.
