    2.1 Packing 包装: Standard export packaging. 标准出口包装。
    ARTICLE 3: PRODUCTION 第三款：货物装运
    3.1 Production Cycle 发货期: About 35 working days after sign Contract and receiving the advanced payment.收到预付款后约 35 个工作日完成货物生产。
    ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT 第四款：付款条款
    1)The 40% advanced payment RMB17,960.00 will be pay by T/T within 5 days after signed contract, The balanced 60% payment RMB26,940.00 pay by T/T
    before deliver. 签订合同后 5 日内预付 40%货款，即 17,960.00 人民币；发货前付清剩余 60%货款，即 26,940.00 人民币。
    Note 备注：
    Upon completion of the production of the goods and fulfillment of the delivery conditions, the Seller shall notify the Buyer to start the delivery procedure, and the
    Buyer shall pay off the balance within one week from the date of notification of the Seller, and take the goods away or transport them within two months. In case
    the goods are overstocked and cannot be delivered due to the reasons of the Buyer, the Buyer shall pay the warehouse management fee to the Seller every day at
    the rate of one-thousandth of the total contract amount.
    货物生产完毕达到发货条件时，卖方通知买方进入发货程序，买方应在卖方通知之日起 1 周内付清尾款，并在两月内将货物提走或进行运输操作，因
    买方原因造成货物积压，无法发货的情况，买方应每天按总合同额的千分之一向卖方支付仓储管理费。
    2) REMITTANCE ROUTE 汇款路线：By Bank.
    ARTICLE 5: DOCUMENTATION 第五款：文件：
    The following documents will be presented to the buyer after all contract value is paid in full. 卖方应在合同全款付清后, 向买方提交以下文件:
    Commercial Invoice,Packing list. 商业发票,装箱清单.
    ARTICLE 6: WARRANTY PERIOD & QUALITY AND SERVICE
    第六款：质量保证和售后服务
    1）The Seller guarantees the quality of the “Goods”. The “Goods” must be 100% brand new and fulfill specifications as mentioned in the contract. The
    quality guarantee period of the equipment is 1 year from the date of commissioning and acceptance.
    卖方保证货物的质量。货物必须是 100%全新并且符合合同提及的技术指标。设备的质量保证期为调试验收之日起 1 年。
    2）The buyer will inform the seller of quality required if any, in writing together with justified proof within 7 days after finding said problems. In such case, the
    relative matters are negotiable by two parties.

    买方产品质量问题需通知卖方，同时在发现上述问题的 7 天内以书面形式提出合理有效地证据。在这种情况下，相关事宜由双方共同协商。
    ARTICLE 7: ARBITRATION 第七款：仲裁
    In case disputes and if the contracting parties cannot reach an amicable settlement of any claim concerning this contract, the case will be transferred to the Chinese
    International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for final settlement. The decision taken by this Arbitration will be final and all the fees and
    expenses incurred in this Arbitration shall be borne by the losing party. During arbitration, other articles without disputes should be continued.
    如果发生分歧并且合同双方不能因此就合同索赔达成和解，案例要提交至中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会进行最终仲裁。仲裁的判决结果是最终的，同
    时因此产生的全部费用由败诉方承担。仲裁期间，分歧之外的其他条款继续执行。
    ARTICLE 8:DISCLAIMER 第八款：免责条款
    8.1 If because of the factors of force majeure cause the contract fails to fulfill , both parties shall immediately decided to how to perform the contract through
    friendly negotiation, During the occurrence of a force majeure event, neither party shall be held liable for breach of contract. Upon termination or elimination of
    the force majeure event or its effects, both parties shall immediately resume their respective obligations under this Contract Force majeure events include but are
    not limited to natural disasters such as flood, fire, drought, typhoon, earthquake, and social events such as war, unrest, strike, infectious disease, government action
    or legal provisions.
    如果因为不可抗力因素造成合同不能履行的，双方应立即通过友好协商决定如何执行本合同，不可抗力事件发生期间双方不能追究违约责任，不可抗
    力事件或其影响终止或消除后，双方须立即恢复各自在本合同项下的各项义务。不可抗力事件包括但不限于自然灾害如水灾、火灾、旱灾、台风、地
    震，以及社会事件如战争、动乱、罢工、传染病，政府行为或法律规定等。
    8.2 When the goods arrive at the designated port of the Buyer, the Buyer do not clear customs and pick up the goods in time,and returns the goods without any
    reason or without the consent of both parties, then all losses caused thereby shall be borne by the Buyer.
    当货物抵达买方指定港口时，发生买方没有及时清关和接货的行为,买方无理由退运或未经双方认可的退货行为，所造成的一切损失由买方承担。
    8.3 If the Buyer pays through Alibaba or other platforms and the Buyer returns the goods without any reason, the Seller shall have the right to refuse to refund.
    如果买方是通过阿里巴巴等平台付款，发生买方无理由退货退运的行为，卖方有权拒绝退款。
    ARTICLE 9: GENERAL CONDITIONS 第九款：一般条件
    This contract is made into two originals in Chinese and English.However, the final terms and conditions are subject to the Chinese version. Each side keeps one
    original with equal value. It will come into effect after the seller received the advance payment.
    此合同用中英文书写，但最终条款表述以中文表述为准。原件共 2 份，合同双方各执一份，效力平等。传真及复印件有效。合同自卖方收到买方预付
    款之日起生效。
