    Dear Haneen Al-khazendar ,

    We were all very excited to meet and get to know you over the past few days. We have been
    impressed with your background and would like to formally offer you the position of Customer
    Service Advisor.

    This is a full-time position. You will be covering different shifts covering 24/7 based on the shift
    model that will be provided to you. You will be reporting to the Team Leader, within the
    Operations Department.

    Your compensation will be as follows:


    • Monthly basic salary of 400
    • Social Security

    Your expected starting date should be 02-Nov-2023 .

    We offer you a fixed- term employment contract for a period of 6 months, upon starting, you
    will go through a 3 months’ probation period, your performance within your first 3 months will
    be evaluated by your direct manager to be confirmed within your role. The Job Offer Letter
    is valid until 01-Nov-2023 .

    You undertake to perform the usual procedures for employment by providing the required
    documents, signing the employment contracts and / or any other documents requested in
    accordance with Webhelp Jordan recruitment policy. If the documents are not completed on
    time, Webhelp will have the right to end your contract. Please note that this Job Proposal is
    conditional on the fulfillment of the forementioned.

    By signing this job offer Employee confirms that he/she is going to use his/her own tech device
    and internet at home, in case of any urgent needs to work from home. These tech devices should
    be (dedicated laptop or PC, good internet speed limit, a dedicated room for them to work with no
    disturbance and headsets)

    Webhelp will deliver the required trainings for you to be able to perform the minimum of the
    job. You will be subjected to successfully complete the trainings and pass the related exams
    conducted by the training team. Failure to pass these tests, will result in termination of your
    contract immediately within the legal probation time without any compensation. By signing this
    proposal, you confirm that you have been informed about the process and you accept the
    provided conditions.
