    RESOLUTION NO.1
    SERIES OF 2019

    A Resolution approving the 2020 Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan of Barangay
    Tibalawon.

    WHEREAS, Article 1 Section 12 of the Philippine Constitution provides a vital role of the
    youth in nation building and shall promote and protect their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual
    and social well-being. It shall inculcate in the youth patriotism and nationalism and encourage
    their involvement in public civic affair.

    WHEREAS, Chapter 2 Section 8 of the implementing rules and regulations of the


    republic act 10742 also known as Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 provides that “In
    formulation of three (3) year rolling plan, which shall be known as the Comprehensive Barangay
    Youth Investm

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tibalawon has prepared the 2020
    Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan.

    NOW, therefore be it resolved as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan of


    Barangay Tibalawon to approve its 2020 Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program.

    Adopted this 16th day of December at Barangay Tibalawon Barangay Hall at Tibalawon,
    Arteche, Eastern Samar.
