more than 100 buildings, with a combination of commercial and residential properties, retail, cultural and entertainment areas.
Responsibilities
Attending Inspection Requests (IR's) raised by contractors for installation of Mechanical equipment such as HVAC
ducting, duct insulation, chilled water piping, pipe insulation, air handling units, package units, heat exchangers, grills
and diffusers, motorized dampers, exhaust fans, stair pressurisation fans,VAV’s, Plumbing pipes, pipe insulation, booster
pumps, transfer pumps domestic water tanks, Fire fighting pipes,sprinklers,fire extinguisher’s, fire pumps, fire water
tanks, fire blankets, Drainage pipes, fixtures, floor drains, water closets, wash basin and hanger supports.
Reviewing submitted shop drawings of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire fighting services against contract drawings
and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice
Reporting any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications
and reporting to immediate supervisor for appropriate action and discharge instruction to the contractor

SAUDI ARAMCO engineering requirements, standards, specifications, and Schedule Q of the project contract.
Conducting inspection of material and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements
for proper handling, storage and protection at SAUDI ARAMCO facilities and/ or construction sites.
Monitoring Contractor’s Quality Systems, records and Quality Personnel for compliance with requirements.
Witnessing on-site and off-site material and installations tests for compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO standards.
Maintaining accurate records for all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials and equipment and
report to supervisor detailed potential problems for early resolution.
