Other Notes and Comments

I gained valuable insights into leadership, particularly the distinction between empowering and enabling. Initially, I found
it challenging as I had a strong desire to assist her, but I realized I was inadvertently enabling her. With guidance from my
mentor, I shifted my approach and grasped that equipping her with the necessary tools, rather than completing tasks for
her, was genuinely empowering. Our aim for the project was to foster self-sufficiency, and although she hasn't achieved
full independence, we've made significant strides. Our commitment remains steadfast as we continue to support her
journey towards self-sufficiency.
