(About natural object in the sky affect our
Ok class! The natural objects in the sky daily activities.)
are the sun, clouds, rainbow, moon, and
stars. These natural objects in the sky
affect our daily activities.

The Sun
The sun is the natural source of light
during day time. The heat of the sun is
needed in many activities.
For example:

(flash the

The heat of the sun is needed when
drying clothes. And our livelihood
activities such as drying rice and drying
fish.
And also, light of the sun allows us to
do the activities that require safety first
For example: Building construction, are
best done during day time.

Even leisure activities are best done

tree planting, riding a
bicycle, hiking and many more activity
the best done during day time.

The Moon
The brightest object in the sky during
night time is the moon, but it is not as
bright as the
sun. The sun only reflects to the moon,
allowing it to be the source of light at
night. The
moonlight helps us do other activities.

(Flash the picture)

Though night time is the time for rest
and sleep, some people need to work at
night.
Instead of having total darkness, we can
still do activities like working at night,
because of the moonlight. Aside from
lighting up the night sky, the moon also
causes tides. Tides are the rising
and falling of the water level in the
ocean.

Who is here? Their father is a

fisherman?

(The learners raise their hands and answers

the question)
(flash the

tide and low tide by looking out in the

calendar, fishermen are able to know,
when the best time for fishing.
At night, we can also enjoy stargazing.
Stars are only visible at night, because it
is dark.
