    Differential lock not functioning due to air leakage from cylinder

    QUESTER, RTS2670B Fwd. Meritor axle.

    Breakpoints:
    Chassis ID: JPCT-33151

    Problem: Air leakage from differential lock cylinder

    Reason:
    Excess operating air pressure to differential lock cylinder causing the air leakage.

    Action:
    Improved differential lock cylinder is designed, developed and validated to suit 10 Bar air pressure For applying the
    TSB solution, follow the IMPACT operation “46534-5 Shift unit, differential lock, overhaul”, replace:

    Follow IMPACT instruction as per model to remove the differential lock cylinder parts from transmission
