2015 CONSTITUTION
ARTICLE 1
THE NAME OF OPERATION, HEADQUARTERS AND POSTAL ORDER

1.1 The organisation shall be named CHRIST ZONE BELIEVERS CHAPEL (C.Z.B.C) operating in
Zimbabwe within headquarters situated in Marondera and its postal address will be acquired in
future.
1.2 Christ Zone Believers Chapel is not just a church/an organisation, but it’s a vision or a movement
of the greatest revival that is going to usher the church into the second coming of the Son of God.

Article 2
OBJECTIVE OF THIS MOVEMENT

2.1 To spread the gospel of Christ to all nations and establishing churches all over
2.2 We believe in the 5 fold ministry, the 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit, so our aim as an organisation is to
see every member reaching to a place of fully comprehending his/her assignment on earth.
2.3 To reach individuals using mass media, telephones, internet
2.4 To collect funds from all churches and whatsoever source throughout the world for the purpose
of the advancement of the Kingdom.
2.5 To train and identify possible leaders to become ministers in the churches.
2.6 To establish churches and conduct annual/ordinary meetings, crusades, and children rallies and
organise Christian gospel concert, conferences, all-night prayers, cell groups etc.

PROCESSES OF LINE-UP EVENTS IN CHRIST ZONE BELIVERS Chapel [C-Z-B-C]

 ANNUAL MEETING- All leaders from deferent countries, cites, are to meet yearly under the
leadership of the founder, the Apostle> THIS MEETING WILL BE FORMALY BE KNOWN AS THE
GATHERING OF THE LEADERS [G.O.L]
 CRUSADES- all churches are supposed to whole mass crusades throughout the year.
Evangelist will responsible for such events
 CHILDREN RALLIES- this includes 1-12 years. Jesus said let all children came me, children must
be treated with respect in our ministry. Just because they are the future of our ministry.
Sunday school is to be addressed by any church children must learn word how to pray and
church trips are to be organised by tutors from every local assembly.
 GOSPEL CONCERTS- Praising and worshiping plays a role in our ministry each and every local
assembly must have a full kit of church instruments all in the name of CZBC

NB All branches nationwide are to host an annual meeting concert yearly known as THE RISING YOU UP
GOSPEL CONCERT. [R.Y.U.G.C] and the host will be none other than the senior bishop and the president
of [C.Z.B.C]
ORDINARY AND ANNUAL CONFERRENCES

All conferences to be held after the knowledge of the bishop ordinary conference

 As a ministry CHRIST ZONE BELIVERS CHAPEL [CZBC] we will host two annual conference, NB
every local church are mandated to be present.

The name of our conference will know as

 RISING YOU UP CONFERENCE

 GOING HIGHER CONFERENCE

 CHURCH ALL NIGHTS, Church all nights will be used again as a source of evangelism in our
ministry so all nights will be divided into 2 ordinary and annual all nights

Annual nights will be known as Nights of Wonders.

CROSSOVER NIGHTS->this will happen to be the 31st of December each year.

 CELLGROUPS- cell groups will play a major activity in the expansion of our ministry so it’s an
objection that every assembly, local church must respect the protocol of cell groups.
 Cell groups are to be subdivided into zones.
 Each cell group must have a leader: cell group leader
 Cell group; patron; this this one will be going to every local cell group overseeing and
checking the progress and he is the one who will give the report back to the senior local
pastor.
2.7 To purchase land for the church building, social halls, business offices, school building etc.
2.8 To empower wisdom, and or orphans with knowledge and skills for spiritual maturity and self-
sustainability.
2.9 On the same note, as the CHRIST ZONE BELIVERS CHAPEL we are driven by the gospel of giving
our vision is to open a centre for the widows, orphans ,the less privileged and help them with the
little we have as an organisation.

Article 3

Powers of the movement

3.1 To dispense the gospel of Jesus Christ as found in the bible and all means of whatsoever
character, but not limited to preaching, counselling, pamphlets, daily devotions, publications,
books, broadcasting television, telephone, wireless, conducting in schools, classes, institutions,
clinics, camps, house parties, conferences, outreaches, personal one to one by motion pictures
etc. films and other religious means of whatsoever character.
3.2 To receive donations, offerings, tithes, seeds, gifts of all kinds, for such promotion of the
objectives in the organisation.
3.3 To employ expects and advisors, co-ordinators, administrators, expatriates and other objectives in
the organisation.
3.4 To provide theological, leadership, training, capacity building to clergy and lay people this will be
included by the annual leadership seminar which will be held yearly- all leaders from local/
international assemblies are supposed to attend our seminars will know as EAGLES LEADERSHIP
SEMINARS (E.L.S).
3.5 To devise ways and means for the organisation to be self-supporting, self-sufficient, and self-
propagating.
3.6 To solicit and administer scholarships to orphans and other disadvantaged groups in the society.
3.7 To enter into arrangements with any international, bodies, government and authorities, national
bodies organisation, co-operatives companies or persons and accepts grants or money, land,
donations, gifts with a view of promoting the church in taking any gifts and other properties to
take the same subject to any special trust, which may be prescribed by donors thereof.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF LEADERS

Here is Christ Zone Believers Chapel Leadership structural design.

 The C.E.O of the church is Jesus Christ this is why we are called Christ Zone Believers Chapel
just because Jesus is the overall director of the church.

The prophet

Duties and responsibilities

The Prophet is the overall physical leader C.Z.B.C.

His duties are as follows;

 Strategizing of the church movement and activity

 Architecting and spiritual covering activity
 Bringing new ideas concepts for betterment of the church
 Leading the church to God through spiritual wisdom and knowledge.

The pastorate

The pastors will be divided into two major departments

a) Pastors/ senior pastors

b) Trainee pastors
 It’s very imperative for every pastor to go through basic training in order for one to be a
pastor in C.Z.B.C.
 It’s a must that every ministry pastor must know how to preach even to be a good
shepherd of the flock.
 Every C.Z.B.C must have both a pastor and a trainee pastor.

Church admin

Every branch under C.Z.B.C must have administration section.

Duties and responsibilities

 Church statistics
  Organisation of church events
 Raising order in every branch

The ordinance of the movement

5.1 We believe that the ordinances that Christ gave to church supposed to be recognised but N: B
these are both symbolic in meaning and to teach spiritual truth they do not possess or impart any
serving virtue to the partner.
A) Baptism of water – should be adminotened to those who have already believed in Christ as a
Saviour. Baptism is immersion of pictures the death of a believer to sin and a new life
emerges therein (Romans 6:3-10)(Colosians2:2)
B) The Lord’s Table – the words table is a memorial ordinance observed by all believers in
remembrance of the death of Christ our Lord Jesus for our sins 1st Corinthians 11:24

5:5 The Candle Lighting Ordinances – let this be known that they came by direct revelation,
though is not biblical but it’s helpful, Genesis 1:3 let there be light- as the church light on their
candles they foretelling of a greater light that will be coming to them every day.

5:1 we believe that every Christian should be faithful citizens and be obedient to state
government is God ordained, the church must hold and implement all laws, policies.

Article 6

6:0: Regulations and Statutes for the Movement Local Church

Christ Zone Believers Chapel is composed of local church and here described as Zones /
Assemblies which are subordinated to the statutes and regulations. The local consist of the centre
of other several branches therefore:

Recognition (6:2)

The local church /assembly or zone is recognised by Christ Zone Believers Chapel of it has the
following:

 Stable leadership
 Land agreement / titling in the name of C.Z.B.C
 Constructed a building of their own
 In town areas renting a permanent building/hall for worship
 Has a minimum number of believers of not less than 30 members
 Must be self-governing, self-supporting and self-propagating
 Contribute funds to support C.Z.B.C.
 The application of the local church must be officially recognised by C.Z.B.C.

6:3 Members of the local church

  Anyone who feels to be a member /or a child of Christ Zone or Christ family must be
ready to make life time decision.
 Every member must be ready to endorse laws and tenets of the church and
undertake and obey them.
 Obey the governing regulations of the church at all times
 A member must be a tither and also learn to bring a means of offering on the alter

Article 7

The Branch Council

1) The branch council is composed of elders, deacons, ministers, evangelists.

a) Elders board the board is composed of elders, pastors, evangelists. The elder and pastor
of a local church are both spiritual leaders of the local church.
b) Deacons [deaconess if a woman] may be called to the elders meetings, secretary and
church treasurer must be elders.
c) The pastor who is the chairperson of the board shall elect or delegate one of the elders to
person duties if the chairperson is absent.

Article 8

Pastorate qualifications

 A pastor is called by God for pastoral ministry to shepherd the flock Titus 1:5-9
 Pastors marriage must be Christian registered
 Must have a formal biblical training both spiritual and physical mature person

8:2 any evangelist is the one that is sent to by his local church to further the gospel/vision
to the world.

8:3 The secretary shall deal with all correspondence of the local church and keep minutes
from the meeting.

8:4 the treasurer shall receive all the money paid in the local church and keep the
receipts of

8:5 the board decides the budget of the local church; the treasurer pays the personnel of
the church, its financial resource derive form.

a) The offering of the local church

b) The tithe given by the church
c) The income from sales of merchandise
d) Other support from benefactors
 e) Other fundraising activities

Article 9

Local church meetings

There are two categories of meeting in Christ Zone Believers Chapel

a) Annual meetings
b) Ordinary meetings
A) Annual meetings shall be held in the beginning of every year in January, mandatory issue
of the agenda will be:
 Annual report of local church work
 Approval of local church accounts
 Appointment of auditors of the following year
 Taking a brief look on our ministry looking at our pitfalls to see how we can
improve

9:2. Duties of Auditors of the Local Church

a) Shall be to inspect and examine the accounts records and receipts of the local church and
they shall certify whether they are connected or not and give advice and recommendations.

Article 10

The national executive committee (NEC)

The national executive committee (NEC) consist of:

a) The bishop
b) Bishop’s wife
c) (P.A) personal assistant
d) Executive Pastors
e) Church administrators
f) Evangelists

Article 11
 Duties of a Bishop/ General Overseer

 The bishop is the legal representative of Christ Zone Believers Chapel with regard to the
state as well as other churches within out outside country; He signs and agrees Christ
Zone Believers Chapel with other organisation and person.
 He is the main centre / a bishop is likened to a bus driver he is the one on the steering he
controls the vehicle as per lead by God’s spirit

b) The bishops wife

 There is no ministry without a woman the wife to the bishop with second in
command in hierarchy of Christ Zone Believers Chapel. Her assignment is to deal
within the household and ministry work. She shall be the patron in any organisation
that has to do within giving especially the orphans etc.
c) P.A Personal assistant
 Whenever there is Elijah there is Elisha. This one acts as an armour bearer to the
bishop and happens to be third in command in Christ Zone Believers Chapel
hierarchy.
 He takes care and escorts the man of God both local and international tours.
d) The church administrator
 Each and every local branch in Christ Zone Believers Chapel must have at least one
administrator
Duties of an administrator
a) He is responsible of church warfare/security
b) He is responsible for general wife of the bishop
c) He acts as a second in command to every local/branch Pastor

E) Executive pastor

 A pastor has got the final say on each and every church local/branch or assembly
 He only reports to the bishop

Article 12

Pastoral warfare

1.1 As Christ Zone Believers Chapel we believe in full time pastorate hence the church has to learn to
take care of the man of God
1.2 Mission houses – Each and every mission house must have its own mission house, thus the man
of God residence
1.3 Every local church must learn to appreciate their Executive Pastor by giving an end of the month
offering as a token of appreciation the man of God this will be simply known as the PRIESTLY
OFFERING.
1.4 It’s more essential for our follower to know that Christ Zone Believers Chapel we move with 3
way movement.
A) The tabernacle in the Old Testament had a Prophetic symbol
 It comprised 3 important places
a) The outer court
b) Inner court
c) Holy of holies
 So as we give in C.Z. B.C we affect the outer court – the general people, orphans/less
privileged etc.
B) The inner court speaks of the church itself – as we give we are supposed to help the
congregation/followers.
C) Holy of holies –This is when we give out into the presence of the Lord, when we appreciate
the Pastorate and leaders.

Article 13

Bishop’s Guidance

The bishop must have this group of people in his life.

1) a) Family Administrator –since the bishop can be so busy doing God’s works, He can reach a
time of tending to overwork and forget to take care of his wife and kids, he must assign a
family administrator, one who reminds him, one who schedules for the bishop and reminds
him that he is a family man, this can close some leakage in the ministry.
b. Healthy physical administrator
 It’s very essential for the bishop to eat good, ministry work maybe tiresome and so
demanding – it’s very important for a man of God to eat a balanced diet so a healthy advisor
or food advisor is needed for the betterment of the life of the man of God.
 Every man needs a physician a trainer will be required will take care of the man of God, for a
gym or marathon. Paul says ‘’bodily exercise profiteth a little.’’

Wardrobe advisor

 This is a very crucial and essential, dress cord plays a very pivotal role in our world, and
Jesus wore an expensive garment that’s why the robbers were fighting for his garments.
The bishop needs someone who takes care of his dress cord it might be his wife or
someone external.
 In future our desire is to have our own fashion design company.

Advisory committee

 I regardless of Job’s wisdom he also needed the ideas from his friends, the seven
friends of Job they were not just friends but advisors. A man of God must set a
company of people that can advise him within something that are beyond
 Accountable to our church object
 Church treasurer

 Keeping a true and correct account of any money received in church.

 Every financial document must be clear so the sake of our when auditors came to
inspect that will not find any blame.
 Must always produce a monitory report every month.
 Must strive to open a bank account in all respective branches of C.Z.B.C.

Church secretary

 Every church event must be documented.

 Responsible for receiving tithes and offerings.

Decoration team

 To beatify the church and decorate it

 Cleaning church premises

Hospitality department

Hosting all our visitors and taking care of all of them.

CHRIST ZONE BELIEVERS MOTTO

 NB: this is recommended by the prophet /bishop that every local assembly must carry
and declare our motto in each and every church setup this will keep the spirit of the
house burning
 It goes like this – territorial commanders, we are stepping into it hence our motto we
are territorial commanders
