Cross-connections
› The Cross-connections within the NE have:
– Originating Point, named “A”;
– Terminating Point, named “B”
– Protecting point, named “P”
› Example of bidirectional unprotected point to point

Add a new X-Conn Setting Line. The new X-Conn will become
active only after Saving (Save button)
Set X-Conn Originating Traffic Path (A) and Terminating Traffic Path
(B). The buttons become active only after a TP has been selected in
the Window’s Left Pane
