RZLH series presses are a new generation of closed type presses developed with the
introduction of advanced foreign technology to meet customer needs. The machine body is
welded with gantry integral steel plate, abandoning the disadvantages of the traditional
closed type press split body which needs to be assembled and debugged, providing both
the good precision, rigidity and strength performance of the closed type press and the easy
installation and convenient operation of the open type press. This series press has the
characteristics of high precision, high strength and high stiffness, and is suitable for shearing,
punching, falling, bending and shallow stretching work. Its structural features are as follows:
* The body adopts the whole welded gantry structure of steel plate, the high-strength frame

1、General requirements for equipment

1.1、Equipment environmental requirements

Maintaining a constant level of ambient temperature is an indispensable
factor for stability. The available ambient temperature requires 10 ° C to 40 ° C.
When the ambient temperature is 20 ° C, the humidity should be 40-75 %.
1.2, power supply voltage: 3 phase, 380V, voltage fluctuations ± 10%range,
power frequency: 50Hz.
1.3 If the voltage of the area is unstable, the machine tool should be equipped
with a voltage voltage supply to ensure the normal work of the machine.
1.4, the machine tool should have reliable grounding: the grounding wire is
copper wire, the wire diameter should not be less than 10mm2, and the ground
resistance is less than 4 ohm.
1.5. In order to ensure the normal working performance of the equipment, if

the foundation of the machine tool, unloading, hanging, etc., and the seller
shall be notified in time. The seller will send the installation and debug staff to
the user site within seven days after receiving the notice.
2.2. The seller and the user jointly opened the box at the scene (or entrusted by
the seller) to clear the point. If the outer packaging is intact, it is found to be
missing when the box is opened, and the responsibility lies in the seller. The
seller shall give up the issuance in time, and the freight shall be borne by the
seller.
2.3. The buyer completes the machine tool, as well as power and compressed

Ⅻ、Quality assurance
1. Quality guarantee period is 12 months from the date of qualification for
acceptance.
2. During the warranty period, the buyer is used under normal conditions in
accordance with the instructions of the equipment or machine. The damage
that occurs due to the defects in the factory design or manufacturing is
responsible for the seller. During the above -mentioned shelf life, if the
equipment occurs, the seller will make amendments to the buyer; if the buyer
still cannot solve the problem according to the guidance of the seller and the
system description, the seller shall send the maintenance engineer for free
within 2 working days after receiving the notice of the buyer. Arrive at the
buyer's factory.
3. During the warranty period, the buyer provides free timely maintenance
services and maintenance of spare parts. It is verified that due to the failure of
the buyer's operational and self -disassembly and modification, the failure loss
occurred in the non -manufacturing quality and the internal damage caused by
the excessive storage time. The buyer must pay the relevant maintenance costs.
4. After the warranty period, the seller still provides online services and
technical guidance for free. Provide Party A with timely spare parts supply at a
preferential price. It is necessary to send someone to the site to charge the
corresponding fees in accordance with the seller standard.

XIII、After -sales service commitment:

★ After the equipment is used to use the customer factory, it is installed,
debugged, and is responsible for safety operation education and training;
★ The company made a telephone return visit or online communication
within 30 minutes after receiving the failure notice. If the telephone or online
cannot be resolved, the two parties are negotiated and communicated. Serve;
★ The equipment sold by the company, the customer service staff will
return to the client machine for 2 months, according to the problems that the
client generates in the actual business, and maintain the warranty of the
equipment.
