    “Pre admission Online Registration Form” (Upto 1.00 p.m.)
    mum.digitaluniversity.ac

    The application closing date and the further Schedule will be informed
    separately.

    IMPORTANT
    The University of Mumbai “Pre-Admission Online Registration Form” is a
    mandatory requirement for all students aspiring admission to any college affiliated
    to University of Mumbai. PLEASE NOTE: This registration does NOT imply an
    application for admission to any course of study in St. Xavier’s College or for that
    matter to any Mumbai University affiliated college.
    For admission to St. Xavier’s College Mumbai you will have to fill the college
    online application form from the College website, in addition to the University Pre-
    Registration form.
    CBSE & ISC Board students need not fill the undergraduate program
    (BA/BSC/BCOM/BAF) form now. They can fill the form after their results are
    declared.
    NOTE:
    As per the Judgement dated 12th October 2017 of the Honorable Bombay High
    Court vide Writ Petition No. 1726 of 2001, Minority Colleges do not need to set aside seats
    for Backward Classes. This is reiterated by the University of Mumbai Circular (No.
    Aff./Recog.I/Admission (2018-19)/10/of 2018; dated 30th May, 2018; Point No.2).
    Based on this notification, all the other notifications regarding Reservation of Seats during
    admissions are rendered null and void.

    NOTE:
    As per Ordinance of University of Mumbai 0.6086 dated 05/05/2014, 75%
    attendance at Lecturers/Practicalsis mandatory. Students joining this College are required
    to read and accept the provisions of the rules under Autonomy specially related to
    Attendance.

    Students are expected to observe all the rules and regulations as regards discipline on
    campus. Students who have serious complaints of indiscipline against them during the
    year will not be re-admitted to the college in 2023-2024.

    • Students belonging to any one of the following categories Viz. PIO – Persons of
    Indian origin, OCI – Overseas Citizen of India, NRI – Non-Resident Indian, Foreign
    Passport Holder HAVE TO apply for admission through the following website
    http://mu.admissiondesk.org. Application received on college website will be
    considered null and void.
     The University of Mumbai has made it mandatory for all students seeking
    admission to the First Year courses in the Degree Colleges to fill in the “Pre-Admission
    Online Registration Form” on the following link mum.digitaluniversity.ac

    Therefore, all candidates (including in-house students passing HSC of


    February/March 2022) applying for admission to St. Xavier’s College for the First Year
    Courses i.e. B.A. or B.Sc.are required to fill in the “Pre-Online Registration Form” and
    select the course – “BA(Autonomous)(with Credits)-Regular-CBCS-FYBA Sem I”
    OR “BSc(Autonomous)(with credits)-Regular-CBCS-FYBSc Sem I”.
    College will allot provisional admission to students and confirm it after submission of
    hard copy of marksheet and other required certificates.

    Online University Registration: 9th June to 20th June 2022

    Further these students are also required to fill in the College online
    application form for admission to the various courses they wish to seek admission.
