This Month we are including a sleeping aid.

So, in the next 30 days you will be doing:

If we can enhance our sleep by even a third, then chances are we

What is a sleeping aid and why do I need one?
There are many sleeping aids, some in the form of pills or powders,
some are prescribed by a doctor and some you can just get over
the counter.
Prescription sleeping aids can work particularly well for people
with sleeping disorders such as insomnia. However, these drugs
are very addictive and once you are on them it is difficult to sleep
without them . They also have scary side effects like delirium,
depression, nightmares, hallucinations and increase the risk of
infections, cancer and overall vitality. Over the counter sleeping
aids can be effective in terms of the placebo effect but do nothing in
terms of providing proven ingredients that work with your recovery.
We need to realize that our sleep hygiene is just as important as
our diet. If we neglect sleep, chances are we won’t grow to our
maximum potential. A 2014 study confirmed that almost half of all
