We work in all sales channels and market segments, providing both traditional charcuterie and
more modern, convenient foods: dry sausage, dry ham, poultry, cooked ham, hot dogs, pizzas,
pâtés, meal components, sandwich spreads, ready meals and fresh and semi-fresh meats.
This is an array of products which, due to its variety and quality, helps us to cement our
position as the leading company in the European processed meats industry.

One of the pillars of Campofrio Food Group is our brand portfolio, one of the strongest in the
industry with most of our brands being leaders in their respective local markets.

We are present in Europe and America through our eight interdependent operating companies
based in France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, the Netherlands, US and a joint
venture with Caroli Foods in Romania. Because of this significant presence we are able to
extend our penetration to all 27 EU members and respond to growth opportunities in other
markets.

Heritage

In Campofrio Food Group the identity, tradition and history of each and every one of its local
companies live on. Fiorucci, with more than 140 years in Italy, Stegeman in the The
Netherlands for more than 150 years, Nobre's tradition rooted in Portugal for over 90 years,
Campofrio in Spain since 1952, Imperial in Belgium with 60 years of heritage and Groupe Aoste
founded in France 40 years ago.

The history of our Group is based on the respect of the values of passion and hard work

Organisation

To develop and support our strategies and to achieve our ambitious goals, we have put
together a strong, committed and experienced leadership team that combines a genuine
expertise of the processed meats category in each of our home markets with an extensive
knowledge of the European market.

Two divisions form the management structure of Campofrio Food Group: the Market Leaders
Division, responsible for operations in countries where the Group is already the market leader
and is operating in mature markets; and the Market Challengers Division, which focuses on
development in countries that represent growth potential and where the Group will
concentrate intense efforts and resources for further expansion

It enables us to rapidly capitalize on opportunities to evolve our business. We are present in
France and Switzerland as Groupe Aoste and with a Joint Venture with Jean Caby, in Spain with
Campofrio, in Germany through CFG Deutschland, in Italy as Fiorucci, in Belgium and
Luxembourg as Imperial Meat Products, in Portugal through Nobre, in the Netherlands with
Stegeman, in the US as CFG America and in Romania through our joint venture with Caroli

Campofrio Food Group has a clearly defined Environmental Sustainability Programme. We


have launched several initiatives and projects on energy efficiency, packaging optimization and
reduction of transport-related energy emissions with the aim of scaling back our carbon
footprint.

Our philosopy on sustainability, our concern for the environment and for the community and
our fundamental approach to business is summed up in our TREES initiative, where Together

Campofrío wins the Special Award for Excellence in the Best Marketing Pack

The organizing committee has excelled in Campofrío its continued commitment to


innovation and the strength of its brands

The organizing committee for the Best Pack Awards has awarded Campofrio the Special
Marketing Excellence in the Best Pack for "its continued commitment to innovation, for the
strength of its brands which are leaders in the Spanish market and which excel over other
brands in most European countries. The excellence of Campofrio brands has built the
processed meats category to a size in Europe that is three times the average for the continent.
"

This is the 14th edition of the Best Pack Awards which reward creativity in marketing within
the food and beverage sector. They are held every two years as part of Alimentaria, one of the
most important food fairs to be held from March 31 to April 3 in Barcelona. The awards
ceremony will take place on April 2 at the Hotel Fira Congress in Barcelona.

The Special Marketing Excellence Award was established in 2006 to provide recognition for
food companies who excel in their fields and has honoured in previous editions companies
such as Nestlé, Coca -Cola , Danone and Nutrexpa.
