Srenghts and weaknesses

Firsty, I have very good communication skills both written and verbal ones. It is not a problem for me to

communicate with people who I even don't know.

What's more I have an ability to solve problems really quickly and effectively. I am able to analyze and

identify all sorts of problems, find their cause and possible solutions.

Next, I can work effectively in a team well. I know how to communicate with them, encourage, listen and

respect other team members as well as contribute to team goals.

Finally I would also like to say that I am punctual, well organized and self- motivated.

When it cmes to my weaknesses I think I am not so good at speaking English as I would like to but I am

trying really hard to improve it all the time. What is more this is my greatest goal to start some English

course as soo as I move to Cracow and even to get some certificate in it.

Another thing that I can point as my weakness is being too serious about my job sometimes. I am a very

responsible person and never finish my job until its done. Unfortunately because of this I sometimes spend

too much time working and cannot separete my private life from job.

2. What are Shared Sevices Centres ? /// Centrum usług wspólnych (z ang. shared services center)

Shared Services Center is a specialized organizational entity having specialized skills, experience and know-

how in some operational area and offering these capabilities in the form of services to various business units

or departments. Unlike a regular staff department, it normally charges for its activities based on a transaction

base as previously agreed in a Service Level Agreement.

Typical SSC areas are: accounting, facility management, human resources, IT, logistics, payroll, purchasing,

and security.

3. Why would you like to work for Capgemini ?

First of all, I have heard a lot of good things abut your company and I know that works really appreciate
working for you.

Secondly, I love contact with others. Thanks to this job I could meet a lot of interesting people. Next,I want

to improve my skills all the time and I know that your company can offer me such a possibility.

What is more, team work is something that I really enjoy. I think that it's much better than individual work

because you can share your ideas with colleagues and support each other.

Another thing is that I hate routine, I am sure that in your company each day is never the same and can offer

me something new and interesting. It is really important when you want to work in one place for a long time.

Importantly , thanks to this job I could finally move to Cracow and start my career there.

Finally, I think that my experience and skills totally match your job description becuase I have excellent

German skills as well as I have some experience in :

CapGemini S.A. Is a French multinational corporation which has headquaters in Paris. It is one of the world's

largest consulting, technology and outsourcing companies. It employs 180,000 workers in over 40 countries.

Capgemini was founded in 1967 Serge Kampf the presentt vice-chairman, in France. Since December 2001

the company has been led by Paul Hermelin - the chairman and CEO of the Capgemini group

Capgemini Services are delivered through four disciplines; Consulting, Technology, Outsourcing and Local

Professional Services.
5. What do you know about this position ? - Junior Recruitment Specialist

The worker will be responsible for timely and accurate coordination of the recruitment related processes

according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. This person will also interact with Candidates

and the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, as well as work on resolving recruitment related requests

and cooperate with other delivery team members. Another important thing will be ensuring that all the

necessary process documentation is complete and up to date. What is more, a job holder should this person

should screen candidates’ applications and insert them into a system. Other duties will be to post

advertisements, coordinate interviews and support on – shore recruiters.

6. Why did you study German at the university ?

I chose to study Geman Philology because I really love this language. That was my favourite subject in my

Secondary School as well as my greatest hobby at that time. What is more, when I was a teenager I was

totally fascinated by German culture and literature and my studies could finally help me to understand them

better. I knew that thanks to German knowledge I would not have any problems to find a really good job.

Moreover, I always wanted to travel a lot and nowadays thanks to my German knowledge travelling to some

distant places is not a problem anymore.

7. Why did you study German language and how well can you speak it ?

There were many reasons why I decided to study German but the crucial one was that German was my

biggest passion. I have always loved to listen to some German native speakers. That language sounds

wonderful to me ! What's more I think that German is really easy to learn. I never had problems to remember

new words and that is why my school notes were always excellent. Next, I also always knew that German is

a very popular language and if you speak it well it can give you a lot of opportunities like a really good job.

Moreover, I always wanted to travel a lot and I knew that if my German skills were good travelling wouldn't

be a problem. As it is written in my CV I have both a Bachelor and Master degree in German that's why my

German communication skills, both written and verbal ones, are excellent.
8. What made you interested in our offer ?

There were many things that made me interested in your offer. First of all, I think that my skills and

experience fully match your person specification. ( I have some experience in :

9. How do you feel about working in a team ?

I enjoy working in a team environment, and I get along well with people. I'm outgoing, friendly, and have

strong communication skills. I think that teamwork can be really effective. Different team members

contribute different perspectives and the cooperation between team members can produce creative and

productive results. It is also much easier to find some good solutions of difficult problems.

Personally, a team environment always boosts my confidence and allows me to do my best. Of course I don't

mind working individually but I am aware of advantages that teamwork brings.

10. Give me an expample of work with a difficult client ?

During all of my working years I have encountered many customers that I would describe as difficult to
handle. Last year one of my customers were dissatisfied with my service. She didn't like the job that I had

arranged for her. She called me yelling all the time and complained about the job. She said that it was too

hard for her and the money wasn't satisfactory too. I knew that she was frustrated so I did not take it

personally. I listened to her carefully and explained that she had signed a contract but of course can always

resign from that job. However, that woman did not want to listen to my explanation and thought that it was

my fault. No matter how hard I tried she believed that I was aware of bad working conditions in that place

which of course wasn't true.

11. How did you deal with a difficult situation ? What solution did you find ?

The most important thing in a hard situation is to stay calm and do not become angry. I always try to listen to

someone dissatisfied carefully and respond professionally not personally. I am aware that I represent some

company and that I am not a target of somebody's anger but just the service. It is also important to show that

I fully understand customer's concerns and try my best to fix a problem.

12. What are your career plans ?

My first term goal is to join your company in a good post and improve my skills as much as possible. I

would also like to improve my English skills and get some certificate in it. What is more I would really like

to accomplish some courses and worskshops to develop my skills. My long term goal involves growing with

the company, continue to learn, improve and create my skills and take additional responsibilities as well as

contribute to the company's development.
