    3. Demographic analysis is the study of a population-based on factors such as age, race, and
    sex. Why do the companies must do demographic analysis before they run their business?

    Answer :

    I chose topic number 3 “Demographic analysis is the study of a population-based on factors such
    as age, race, and sex. Why do the companies must do demographic analysis before they run their
    business?”

    And this my opinion :

    Companies must carry out demographic analysis before running their business because
    information about the characteristics of the target population can help companies understand
    preferences, consumer behavior, and market needs. Demographic analysis can help companies
    make more effective product and marketing decisions to reach the right target market.

    For example, a company that sells products to older consumers can use demographic
    analysis data to understand the needs and preferences of older consumers and develop
    appropriate product and marketing strategies to reach this market.

    In contrast, companies selling products to younger consumers can use demographic


    analysis data to understand the behavior of younger consumers and develop relevant marketing
    strategies. In addition, demographic analysis can also help companies plan more effective
    business locations.
