works since the scope of this edition covers only

Assessment of architectural works is carried out upon completion of the building and before handing
over of the project to the owner. The assessment consist of the following items:

automatically if appointed waterproofing specialist is accredited under the SCI accreditation scheme for waterproofing specialist contractors.
