    E1 Implementation of project strategic plans through consistent
    monitoring and evaluation of outputs, reports compilations and also
    review of plans was done on the following projects;
    1. The construction for a 3Ha solar farm at Zimplats solar farm.
    Project worth $5million US.
    2. The Precast Production Unit for the Mbudzi interchange at the
    Mbudzi site.
    3. Production of Prestressed beams for the Mbudzi Interchange at
    Mount Hampden.
    4. The construction of the 20km double seal road between
    Chachacha and Tongogara.
    E2 Implemented projects through project planning, Budgeting,
    departmental coordination, client handling and overall project
    supervision on the following projects;
    1. 35km Sandawana - Zvirenje road Design and construction.
    Project worth $8million US.
    2. The construction of a weighbridge at Sandawana Mine in
    Mberengwa.
    3. The construction of prestressing production plant with two
    stressing beds, 5km access gravel road and a railway level
    crossing and an asphalt surfaced junction at Mount Hampden
    in Harare province.
    4. The construction of 9km/14km double seal ERRP Bulawayo-
    Nkayi highway road. Project worth $5 million US.
    Aug 2020 – Jan 2022
    Position Site Engineer (C1-3)
    E3 Carried out the daily and weekly tasks Planning, Co-ordination of
    teams and supervision of civil or structural works on the following
    projects;
    5. The reconstruction of 23km of gravel road between Alaska
    and Copper Queen in Mashonaland West province which
    included culverts construction and extensions. Project cost of
    $1.6 million US.
    6. The rehabilitation of 18km Glendale to Chiweshe road
    resurfacing Project cost of $0.9 million US
    7. The Construction of 15km of Asphalt Road from Furtherstone
    to Chivhu stretch on the Harare-Beitbridge Highway Road
    Rehabilitation project. Project cost of $33 million US/20km.
    8. Bulk earthworks (ground improvement) for a multistorey
    facility with basketball and a tennis ball pitch at 4 Luna
    Residence, Borrowdale. The Project cost was worth $3 million
    US.
    9. Highlands residential driveway and stormwater drain.
    Project cost of $50 thousand US.
    10. The construction of 3km Roads, 2.4km Sewer reticulation
    system, 2.5km water reticulation and 3.2km stormwater
    drains at Barrington residential stands development. Project
    cost of $2 million US.

    Oct 2018 - Jul 2019 ZADA Construction (Pvt) Ltd


    Position Junior engineer
    Worked on the following projects
    1. Delivered the construction of 3.5km of gravel road in Shamva,
    Tipperary Residential roads
    2. Delivered a 2km surfacing with tack and seal road at Lion's Den
    Residential Stands in Chinhoyi.
    3. Tendering and BOQ pricing for various projects with good success
    rate.

    Jul 2018 – October 2018 4. Assisted with survey work for the construction of bulk earthworks

    Showgrounds. Bulk earthworks for the Service station was
    timeously delivered.
