    EXPERIENCE
    July'24 - Till now Project Head
    Arwade Infrastructure Ltd.
    It is data centre building project. It's cost 218 cr. in Mumbai. Total area 5 lac sqft area.
    G+8 floor building.

    Feb'22 - June'24 Project Head


    Arabian Construction Company (ACC)
    Designation : As a Project Head
    Project 1): SAVANA
    Client: Viceroy
    It is a residential building. 2 nos. Tower (B+G+43)& (B+ G+ 46) floor. 9.50 lac sqft area
    .Project cost 175 cr. already handover over.

    Project -2 : CCI Hostel project


    Client : Damani welfare at Borivoli , Mumbai. Project cost 220 cr. Area 11.00 lac sq ft.
    Auditorium, Multiplex , Multi level parking, shopping centre , library and hostel for
    hospital doctor and nurse , include in this project.

    Dec'12 - Nov'21 Section incharge ( Pitch handling area )


    Larsen & Toubro
    1) Feb'20 to Nov'21
    Designation : Senior Construction Manager
    Project : RUF (Residue Upgraded Facilities ) at Vishakhapatnam/A.P. It is a
    Hydrocarbon Project
    Project Cost : 6000 cr. In it Civil work is 1000 cr.
    Work : I worked here as section incharge. The works are Piling, Pipe Rack , TS
    Foundation, Equipment Foundation, Cable Trench , two nos
    Substation, Catalyst and Solidification shade etc.

    2) June'16 to Jan'20 :
    Designation : Project Head
    Project : Goverdhan Encleave (Residential Housing project) in Lucknow/UP. It was
    (B+G+12 ) th floor. Total 11 Tower (B+12th) , 1630 flats.
    I worked here from start to end. Al shutter used here.
    Project Cost : 360 cr. 16 lac sq ft area.

    3) Dec' 12 to May ' 16 :


    Designation : Construction Manager
    Project : Wind Chant of Experion Developers at Gurgaon ,Sec-112/ Haryana. It is a
    housing project. In it 7 nos high rise(2B+G+28th) and 10 nos .Mid rise (2B+G+8th)
    Tower and 36 villas. I executed 2 high rise and 3 mid rise tower (Structure and
    finishing ).
    Project Cost : 750 cr.

    4th Dec ' 06 - 19th Senior Construction Manager.


    Dec' 12 Shapoorji Pallonji and co. Ltd.
    1) Oct ' 11 to Dec'12
    Designation : Senior Construction Manager
    Project : Godrej Frontier Housing Project. at Manesar / Haryana. It has 8 nos high rise
    Tower ( B+G+19).
    Project Cost : 260 cr.
    2) Feb ' 10 to Sep'11
    Designation : Construction Manager
    Project : Trilium Mall at Amritsar / Punjab.
    It is a Commercial building. Two Block (2B+LG+UG+8th ) in it.
    Project cost :175 crore.

    3) Oct ' 08 to Jan ' 10


    Designation : Construction Manager
    Project : SP Infocity , at Manesar/ Haryana
    It is a Commercial building. Four Tower (2B+LG+UG+9th ) in it.
    Project cost :250 crore.

    4) 4th Dec ' 06 to sep' 08


    Designation : Deputy Construction Manager
    Project : DLF Cyber City , Building no. 10 at
    Gurgaon/ Hariyana. The project has 3 tower
    (3B+LG+UG+5;13&20) and NTA having 37 lac sq ft built up area.
    Project cost :450 crore.

    2005 - 2006 Construction Manager.

    Project : Multi storied Residential project at Dwarka/Delhi.
    Project cost :100 crore.
    1997 - 2005 Worked as a Senior Engineer.

    Project : Multi storied Residential project at Dwarka/Delhi. 3 nos project completed .
    Project cost : 80 +50 +110 = 230 crore.
