Subject: Application for review and approval to go to Canada.

Dear Sir / Madam,

With due respect, I would like to state that I am an international candidate from Bangladesh who
wants to visit your country since my sick daughter needs me there and also I wish to explore
elegant things from your country. I am presenting this review petition in an effort to have your
earlier denial of my visit visa on December 13, 2022, graciously and sympathetically reconsidered.
I hope you will reconsider your decision to reject my request to enter your country in light of the
following documented proof and further justification.
I am going to address the reasons you rejected my most recent visa application below so you may
review and reconsider your decision.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b)
of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/ section-179.html). I am
refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the
following factors:

• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for
yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.

• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you
have provided in your application.

I am providing you a short explanation for your reason below:

To begin with, I sincerely apologize for not providing my financial situation adequately and I do
not have properly shown my significant family ties outside Canada.
Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

As you said in your first query, I will now provide a brief explanation in opposition to it.
I am a homemaker and get money from rent and my husband’s pension month. I have income from
Rental House Property (Income in BDT 6, 00,000.00). I have also income from Agriculture/
Farming/ Fishing (Income of BDT 2, 20,000.00) and income from another source (2, 25,000.00
income in BDT) which in total (BDT 10, 45,000.00) and (CAD $ 13,062.50). I have a balanced
amount of BDT-(26 Lac Six thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Two and Paisa Sixteen Only)
which is CAD ($ 32,580.90). For my whole visit purpose, my total estimated expense is (BDT 5,
00,000.00) and (CAD $ 6,250.00). During my stay in Canada, my daughter will provide my
accommodation, and for all of my food expenses, so I will get support. Moreover, I have Land Property
and Business Value (The total value of Land (BDT) 86, 95,000.00 and (the total value of Land
(CAD) $ 1, 08,687.50. After all my expenses remaining amount is (CAD $26,330.90) which will
be enough to bear the transportation, living, health insurance, and other entertainment costs during
my visiting period of up to 6 months. I have plenty of funds and income. Indeed, I am confident
that my total financial situation is sufficient for my purpose of travel to Canada.

You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.

Now I will briefly describe your next question.

In addition, I have not properly shown my family ties outside Canada. Most of my family members
and relatives are living in Bangladesh and they are well established. I am a married woman for
more than 35 years. Recently, my husband died. Now, we all are under tremendous stress for this
reason. We want to support ourselves. I established a famous family in Bangladesh. My daughter,
Durdana Hannan Miti, lives in Bangladesh and she is an assistant teacher here. I also have my
granddaughters and grandsons here. I love to be with them and take care of them.
Apart from my family ties, I also have strong social ties in Bangladesh. I have agricultural income
and also have land property. As my husband has died, I have to look after my valuable land
property. For this reason, I have to return to my country as soon as possible.
The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details
you have provided in your application.

I will provide a short explanation as opposed to your last question:

I have to visit Canada for a particular purpose. My daughter, Hannan Mishu, invited me to visit
Canada as she is currently pregnant with her first child, expected due date of Jan 11, 2024. Besides,
she is alone here in Canada with her husband and she is currently suffering tremendous stress. As
a mother, I have to look after my daughter. For this purpose, I have to go to Canada under a
temporary visa as soon as possible and stay up to 6 months after her delivery. Consequently, my
motive to come back to my country is authentic. I have already booked my return air ticket. I hope
you will not find any other reason for my temporary stay. I am not an expert, this is why I failed
to focus on this question and did not answer it. By doing so, I have wasted your valuable time and
it resulted in a visa refusal for me in Canada. I again most sincerely apologize to you for my
careless form filling. I should have been more careful while filling out my form. Now, I am
submitting another application that contains my previous visa refusal information in the 2b section
as well as the 2c section for this Canadian visa refusal for which I am writing this review letter to
you.
I trust that I have adequately addressed the concerns raised in my rejection letter. I urge you to
revise my visit visa application and approve it so that I can complete my foremost duty towards
my daughter in Canada.

I have planned to stay in Canada from 16th December 2023 to 23rd March 2024. I am confident
that I meet all the eligibility requirements for a visitor visa and I am eager to have the opportunity
to travel in Canada. Should you require any further information please feel free to contact me.
Thank you in advance for your kind cooperation.

Thank you for your precious time.

Yours sincerely,

Subject: Request for the Visit visa (family issue) for a visit to Canada.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Rukeya Begum, DOB: 24th April 1948 and Passport No: A02166304. To request a visiting
visa to Canada, I am contacting you. I am going to Canada for the first time, and I am incredibly
eager to meet with my daughter, as she is currently pregnant with her first child and she really
needs my help. I adore traveling to many beautiful parts of the globe, so I believe this trip will be
a great chance for me to support my daughter and take in some new sights. I have traveled to
Singapore, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia three times and India five
times in the past.

I have planned to stay in Canada from 16th December 2023 to 24th March 2024. The reason behind,
my daughter, Mst Nahin Hannan Mishu, invited me to visit Canada as she is currently pregnant
with her first child, expected due date of Jan 11, 2024. Besides, she is alone here in Canada with
her husband and she is currently suffering tremendous stress. As a mother, I have to look after my
daughter. For this purpose, I have to go to Canada under a temporary visa as soon as possible and
stay up to three months after her delivery. Moreover, my daughter, being a newcomer in Canada
since emigrating from Bangladesh on July 26, 2020, lives alone in Canada with her husband, she has
been encountering difficulties in caring for herself. Most importantly, her husband Md Zia Un Noor
(Canadian passport Number: 9266-5410, date of birth: December 23, 1974) is working full-time now.

Previous Year, my daughter lost her father and her father’s death is costing her a lot emotionally.
She is under a lot of stress right now because of this. Cooking, food shopping, doing the dishes,
washing the clothing, cleaning, and planning social gatherings at home are just a few of her
domestic chores. Her spouse is often busy; therefore, he was unable to assist her in this matter. She
needs me to support her during this pregnancy, especially after she gives birth, and to look out for
me. She now guarantees that she will have lodging throughout my visit to Canada and that I will
not cause trouble for the country.

Given the Severity of my daughter’s condition, it is crucial for me to be by her side to offer
emotional support, and assistance with daily activities, and ensure that she receives the best
possible care during this challenging period. I understand the importance of following all the
necessary immigration and travel protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone
involved.

I kindly request your assistance and support in expediting the processing of my visitor visa
application to Canada. My visit is of utmost importance to my daughter’s well-being. During this
visit period, I stayed at my daughter’s accommodation which is located at 485 Avenue Ogilvy,
Apt.15, Montreal, Quebec, H3M 1M7, Canada.

I will bear all my transportation and health insurance expenses. It will cost me approximately
5,00,000.00 BDT which is (CAD $ 6,250.00) and I have available funds of BDT 26,06,472.16 (CAD
$ 32,580.90).

THIS IS MY YEARLY INCOME PORTFOLIO:

Source Income in BDT Income in CAD

(Here 1 CAD = BDT 80.00)

Yearly Income from Rental House property 6,00,000.00 $ 7,500.00

Yearly Income from Agriculture/ farming/ fishing 2,20,000.00 $ 2,750.00
