    FIRE SAFETY REPORT

    WORK: NEW HOUSING


    LOCATION: AV. LOS PELICANS Nº 2248, LORETO
    COMMUNE: CALDERA
    OWNER: PATRICIA CEPEDA GONZALEZ
    ARCHITECT: SERGIO SILVA VERA.

    GENERALITIES;
    According to Art. 4.3.3 of the General Urban
    Planning and Construction Ordinance, the existing Construction presents the following
    Fire Resistance report

    * Purpose of the Property: Residential


    * Built Surface: 104.9 M2
    * Floors: 01
    * Letter according to OGUC: “d”

     VERTICAL ELEMENTS

    1. -FIRE WALL: The execution of vertical walls, of masonry confined in a reinforced


    concrete frame, as fire breaks is considered, as defined in the architectural plans.
    The wall will be made of cement block masonry, its dimension is 14x19x39 cm. and
    will be carried out in strict accordance with what is indicated in the project, and in
    compliance with the applicable Chilean Standards Nch. 2123 and 1928.
    The exterior lining will be made with a smooth 0.5mm zinc alum sheet, which must
    completely cover the partition to avoid contact with rainwater. The zinc will be
    sealed with silicone for roofing in all cuts and joints.
    F-120 Resistance

    2.- VERTICAL SECURITY AREA WALLS AND STAIRCASE: None.

    3.- ELEVATOR WALLS: There are none

    4.- DIVISION WALLS BETWEEN UNITS (UP TO THE ROOF): For all perimeter
    enclosures and interior divisions, indicated in architectural plans, Metalcom Type
    galvanized aluminum profile partition walls, composed of 60CA085 uprights and
    62CA085 slabs, are consulted. The interior lining will be 10 mm cardboard
    plasterboard. and 5mm fiber cement, the exterior will be covered with fiber cement
    siding e= 6mm. Fire resistance F- 30

    5.- VERTICAL SUPPORTING ELEMENTS: There are none


    6.- NON-SUPPORTING WALLS AND PARTITIONS: For all perimeter enclosures and
    interior divisions, indicated in architectural plans, metalcom type galvanized
    aluminum profile partitions are consulted, composed of 60CA085 uprights and
    62CA085 slabs. The interior lining will be 10 mm cardboard plasterboard. and 5mm
    fiber cement, the exterior will be covered with fiber cement siding e= 6mm. Fire
    resistance F- 30

    7.- STAIRS: There are none

     HORIZONTAL ELEMENTS:

    8.- HORIZONTAL SUPPORTING ELEMENTS: There are none

    9.- ROOF INCLUDING SKY: Exposed 2x6 beams and metalcom trusses are consulted,
    their design will be indicated in architectural sections. They must be anchored to metal
    side partitions using screws and pieces defined for this purpose; their location is
    indicated on the roof structure plan. Metallic sidewalks located 60 cm apart are
    consulted and must be of the omega type, on top of which a layer of felt paper,
    overlapping every 10 cm. F-15
